Plays & Pinot20 October, 7.45pm
We’re celebrating Scarborough.
Come and listen to seven new works on the theme of Scarborough Out Of Season by local writers from our creative writing class. Led by tutor Alison Watt, these 15-minute rehearsed play readings are delivered by local actors and highlight the wealth of talent that exists in the town.
Surprising, moving and humorous, there’s a story for everyone and a complimentary glass of wine to wash the words down.

Tiny Time Tales at Christmas
The Little Alien Who Ate Christmas Written and directed by Cheryl Govan

It’s nearly Christmas Day. Joey Perkins and his annoying little sister Janey are as giddy as goats. Until, that is, they discover something rather unusual has crash landed in their living room... Not only that, but it has eaten Christmas! The tree, the presents and less surprisingly the entire Christmas dinner including the contents of every Christmas cracker. They definitely need your help.
Come along and help Joey and Janey save Christmas Day.
Plenty of joining in, puzzle solving, singing and dancing and maybe a visit from a special guest…
