David has held positions Music Director of the Rotterdam Philharmonic, Rochester Philharmonic and Baltimore Symphony orchestras; Principal Conductor of the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra and Music Director of the Aspen Music Festival and is Conductor Laureate of the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich, and for the past two seasons has been the Music Director. Misha Dichter, piano $6,000 August 12 We are delighted to announce the Festival debut of legendary pianist Misha Dichter. Misha will join his friend & colleague of over 50 years, David Zinman for the first Saturday concert of the season at the Robinson Pavilion. This “All-Mozart” program will feature Misha’s performance of Piano Concerto in C Major, K. 467, Elvira Madigan. Skaneateles Festival Orchestra $6,000 August 12 The Skaneateles Festival Orchestra is comprised of some of the finest players from Syracuse, Rochester, and beyond. musician, Jesse make his Festival debut after having performed at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall, Carnegie Hall, the 92nd Street Y, the Metropolitan Museum, the Kennedy Center, as well as the Ravinia and Marlboro festivals.

Alan Kay, clarinet$1,500August 24 & 25“Spellbinding” clarinetist (New York Times) Alan is Co-Principal Clarinetist and a former Artistic Director of Orpheus Chamber Orchestra and serves as Principal Clarinet with New York’s Riverside

Symphony and the Little Orchestra Society. He returns to perform the Brahms Clarinet Trio and Prokofiev’s Overture on Hebrew Themes.
