Sadr`aj

Galerija SKC Kragujevac, dugi niz godina ozbiljno je posve}ena prezentaciji i afirmisanju, tuma~enju i razumevanju sa -vremene vizuelne umetnosti. Zapravo, jedna dosledna i promi{ljena izlaga~ka koncepcija koja se kre}e u okvirima savre -mene umetni~ke prakse, donela je Galeriji SKC vidljivost i prepoznavanje me|u akterima savremene umetni~ke scene,kao i me|u onom publikom, koja je spremna da zakora~i u polje inovativnosti i eksperimenta, istra`ivanja – izvan ste-reotipa i postoje}ih ograni~enja vezanih za galerijsko-izlaga~ke prakse.

Iako arhitektonski daleko od koncepta WHITE CUBE-a, Galerija SKC je svojim ograni~enim galerijskim prostorom,uspela da produkcijom i koncipiranjem zahtevnih izlo`bi, ali pre svega, jednom konzistentnom galerijskom politikom,bude jedna vrsta odgovora na postoje}i odnos koji traje unutar sistema galerija – umetnik – publika. Svojim svesnimuda ljavanjem od lokalnih fikcija i `eljom da se ostane nepomu}en u takvom prisustvu – kroz promi{ljen i koherentanizlaga~ki koncept, Galerija SKC te`i da isprati aktuelna de{avanja u oblasti savremene vizuelne umetnosti i ostvari uvidu aktuelnu i relevantnu umetni~ku produkciju.

Upavo ova izlo`ba – 10+ Izbor iz Kolekcije Galerije SKC, daje mogu}nost da se osvetli i poka`e sva kompleksnosti raznovrsnost savremene umetni~ke scene. Adekvatna sagledivost u novom galerijskom prostoru KONTAKT Galeriji SKC,aktuelizuje radove autora koji su izlagali u Galeriji SKC, tokom poslednjih desetak godina. I{~itavanje ra dova u jednomnovom kontekstu i novom galerijskom prostoru, kroz jasnu i smislenu celinu izabranih radova, otkriva nam {irok spektartema i pitanja, pojedina~nih i univerzalnih fenomena, kojima su autori pristupali sa razli~itim ra zmi {ljanjima i stavovimau odre|enim periodima svog stvarala{tva. Tako|e, ovakav izbor radova na najbolji na~in potvr|uje kontinuitet i uspo-stavlja kontekst sa dugogodi{njom izlaga~kom praksom Galerije SKC, otkrivaju}i duh koji savremena umetnost nosi.Izabrani autori su aktivni u~esnici scene sa referentnim biografijama, dobitnici mnogobrojnih zna~ajnih nagrada, i ono{to se ~ini zanimljivim, mnogi od njih se bave pedago{kim radom na razli~itim {kolama, akademijama i fakultetimaumetnosti, gde prenose znanja i ste~ena iskustva svojim u~enicima i studentima, mla|im kolegama, daju}i zna ~ajanpodstrek njihovom daljem umetni~kom razvoju.

Izlo`ba 10+ Izbor iz Kolekcije Galerije SKC na najbolji na~in revitalizuje odnos galerija – umetnik – publika i ocrtava`eljenu budu}nost delovanja i rada galerijskih prostora SKC-a, kao prostora vidljivih i zna~ajnih u {irem regionu, kaomesta istra`ivanja i inovativnosti, mesta afirmisanja mladih autora, ali isto tako i mesta delovanja i prezentovanjaafir misanih stvaralaca.

Galerija SKC i nov izlaga~ki prostor KONTAKT Galerija SKC Kragujevac, sigurno }e ponuditi jedan novi oblik ko-munikacije, koji }e doprineti kvalitetnijem dijalogu, ve}oj otvorenosti i jednom zna~ajnijem umre`avanju sa svim akte -rima savremene umetni~ke scene, kao i sa onima koji ̀ ele da je upoznaju i bolje razumeju, daju}i time svoj kontinuiranidoprinos njenom razvoju.

For many years now, the Gallery SKC Kragujevac has been seriously committed to the contemporary visual arts – itspresentation, promotion, interpretation and understanding. In fact, a consistent and thoughtful exhibiting concept thatranges within the limits of contemporary art practice, brought about for the Gallery SKC visibility and recognition bythe contemporary art scene participants, as well as by the audience willing to step out into the field of innovation, ex-periment and research – outside stereotypes and existing constraints related to the gallery-exhibition practices.

Although in the architectural sense far away from the WHITE CUBE concept, SKC Gallery provides – even with itslimited gallery space, by production and creation of demanding exhibitons, but above all, by a consistent gallerypolicy, a specific response to the present relation that exists in the system gallery – artist – audience. By its tendentiousdistancing from the local fictions and by a desire to remain undisturbed in such a presence – through a thoughtful andcoherent exhibition concept, SKC Gallery strives to support current happenings in the field of contemporary visualarts and to gain insight into the present and relevant artistic production.

Therefore, this exhibition – 10+ A Selection from the Collection of the Gallery SKC, offers an opportunity to highlightand demonstrate the contemporary art scene's complexity and variety. Adequate visibility in the new gallery space –CONTACT SKC Gallery, actualizes works of the authors who have exhibited in SKC Gallery during the last ten-year-period (2002–2014). Reading of the works in a new context and in a new gallery space, the selection of works in theform of a clear and meaningful entity, reveals us a wide range of topics and issues, individual and universal phenomena,which the authors approached to with different opinions and attitudes in certain moments of their creative periods. Also,this choice of works, in the best way confirms continuity and establishes a context with a longtime exhibition practiceof SKC Gallery, revealing thus the contemporary art spirit. The selected authors are active scene participants with thereference biographies, the winners of many prestigious awards, and what seems interesting many of them are engagedin the educational work at different schools, academies and art colleges, where they transfer knowledge and experiencesto their students, younger colleagues, therefore giving a significant impetus to their future artistic development.

Exhibition 10+ A Selection from the Collection of the Gallery SKC in the best way revitalizes the relationshipgallery – artist – audience and outlines the desired future action and work of SKC gallery spaces, as spaces visibleand significant in the wider region, as the places of research and innovation, the affirmation places for young authorswhile at the same time remaining to be the place for the acting and presenting of the renowned artists.

Svake godine Galerija SKC Kragujevac raspisuje konkurs na kome u~estvuju umetnici mla|e i srednje generacije iz celeSrbije. Savet galerije u masi prispelih radova odabira autore / umetni~ke grupe koji te godine ~ine izlo`benu sezonu ga-lerije. Nakon realizovane izlo`be umetnici su pozvani da ostave jedan reprezentativan rad galeriji, kao deo Ko lekcije.Prvi put kad sam ~ula da se od umetnika tra`i da ostave rad bila sam iznena|ena. Usled sve ve}eg nedostatka fi -nansiranja u kulturi, gde umetnici naj~e{}e sami produciraju svoje radove, ovo mi se ~inilo, na prvi pogled, kao velika`rtva koja se od njih o~ekuje.

Ovom prilikom, pozvana sam da, kao jedan od ~lanova umetni~kog saveta, u saradnji sa urednikom likovnog pro-grama, Ivanom Arsenijevi}em, osmislim izlo`bu i napravim odabir radova iz Kolekcije Galerije SKC Kragujevac.

Kolekciju ~ine radovi nastali u ne{to vi{e od 10 godina rada galerije, sa njenom promenjenom politikom rada, ka -da je galerijski prostor postao mesto prepoznatljivo po radovima savremene vizuelne umetnosti. Kako je galerija deousta nove Studentskog kulturnog centra, kriterijum za izbor umetnika podrazumeva da su – ili i dalje studenti, ili su za vr -{ili umetni~ke akademije i ~ine autore srednje generacije, koji su nastavili da se dalje razvijaju u svom umetni~kom radu.

Tek u samom radu na Kolekciji postalo mi je jasno koliko su bitni ovakvi napori jedne ustanove kulture da preuzmeodgovornost sakupljanja i ~uvanja radova, koliko takve aktivnosti pru`aju mogu}nost prou~avanja i sagledavanja ume -tni~ke scene. Na kraju, koliko je bitna sama prezentacija iste te Kolekcije {iroj publici, koja na ovaj na~in jasnije mo`eda sagleda rad ustanove koja se danas bavi kulturom.

Ideja o organizovanju izlo`be podstaknuta je mi{ljenjem da je deset godina sakupljanja Kolekcije pravo vreme zanjeno tuma~enje i sagledavanje, a kako je sama ustanova u isto vreme otvorila jo{ jedan novi izlaga~ki prostor mo`ese re}i da su se sve okolnosti savr{eno podudarile.

Slede}i korak bio je da se u koli~ini prikupljenih radova odaberu i spoje umetnici koji }e u jednoj izlo`bi najboljepredstaviti presek rada same galerije kao i umetni~ke scene u Srbiji poslednjih godina.

Radovi iz razli~itih oblasti vizuelnih umetnosti, video i zvu~na instalacija, fotografija, radovi iz oblasti dizajna kaoi oni u klasi~nim likovnim medijima – slike, crte`i, grafike, sve objedinjeno u jednoj izlo`bi ~ini konglomerat razli~itihtema i pitanja kojima se ovi umetnici bave. Njihovi pogledi na svet, umetni~ka radoznalost u ispitivanju odnosa kojikao pojedinci imaju prema vrednostima savremenog `ivota ~ine osnovu izlo`be povezuju}i ove umetni~ke svetove ujednu interaktivnu pri~u.

SKC Gallery and a new exhibition space CONTACT SKC Gallery Kragujevac, will certainly offer a new form ofcommunication, which will contribute to a better dialogue, greater openness and a significant networking with allstakeholders of the contemporary art scene. Also there are great potential and possibilities for interaction with thosewho want to be informed about the scene and better understand it and in such a way giving their continuous contributionto contemporary art scene development.

dentiranje, koristi sli~an na~in prikaza, postavljaju}i predmete koji su kori{}eni u izvr{avanju prekr{ajnih dela i koristese kao dokazni materijal u sudskom postupku, kao portret zlo~ina, jasno referiraju}i da i sam predmet poseduje istusnagu kao i izvr{eno delo. Vladimir Rankovi} zaokru`uje ovu pri~u o strahu i konstantnom ose}aju nadolaze}e ne -lagode kroz video instalaciju Tu|i prostori – 12 | 12, uvode}i nas slikom, zvukom i konstruisanom instalacijom u svetnepoznatog i neo~ekivanog.

Jo{ jedan umetnik koji koristi video da bi izrazio svoje promi{ljanje o umetnosti i `ivotu je Nenad Jeremi} kojinas ve} samim nazivom svog rada uvodi u razmi{lajnje, postavljaju}i nam jasno pitanje Dokle vi{e mladi umetnici.

Ako se osvrnemo na radova nekolicine fotografa uo~i}emo neke sli~ne teme, ali i razli~ite pristupe. Goran Micevskikoristi fotografiju na tradicionalan na~in, postavljaju}i jednu prijem~ivu estetizovanu sliku pred posmatra~a, navodinas na krajnje konceptualno promi{ljanje. Fotografije skupljene pod nazivom Neklasifikovano komentar su na dru{tvenustvarnost, predstavljaju analizu fotografskog medija i istorijsko-umetni~ke tradicije. Aleksandrija Ajdukovi} u raduOigiang na duhovit na~in se bavi fenomenom tr`i{ta i reklamne fotografije, u vidu futuristi~kog kalendara predstavljenaje pseudo reklamna kampanja kineskog detrd`enta.

Nekoliko umetnika fotografa su se na razli~ite na~ine pozabavili predstavom portreta. Danilo Prnjat koristi svojetelo u svrhu definisanja li~nog odnosa prema svetu i izra`avanju unutra{njeg stanja. Mihailo Vasiljevi}, uspostavljaju}ipoverenje sa svojim modelima, u isto vreme nam ih razgoli}uje i ostavlja u vazduhu pitanje manipulacije i diskriminacijekoja mo`e da se desi u direktnom kontaktu sa slikom portretisanih subjekata. U svom radu Transponovanje, Sr|anVeljovi}, kroz portret urbane figure umetnika D`onija Rackovi}a, pri~a pri~u o osobi koja je svojim javnim nastupimapostala simbol jedne generacije koja nestaje.

Vesna Mi}ovi}, vr{i na fotografijama intervencije, ostavljaju}i prazno mesto umesto portretisanog subjekta. Naspecifi~an na~in ona se bavi sadr`ajem i formom tema kao {to su pejza`, portret ili identitet. Kre}u}i od sli~nog ~ina,Lidija Marinkov Pavlovi} potpuno bri{e glavni subjekt, u ovom slu~aju istorijsku figuru Josipa Broza Tita, ostavljaju}iprirodu da dominira fotografijom. Razgradnjom jednog mita ona nas uvodi na poligon izbrisane istorije na ~ijim temeljimase razvila podloga za stvaranje postjugoslovenske stvarnosti.

Tokom godina na zidovima galerije na{li su se i radovi ~itave grupe umetnika koji su se, razvijaju}i svoj umetni~kistil, bavili promi{ljanjem u okviru odre|enog likovnog medija. Dve umetnice, An|elka ^akarevi} i Slavica Lazi} Dundas,eksperimenti{u radom na drvetu, dok se Teodora Tasi}, na svojim crte`ima Spava~a, koristi tu{em i perom. Bojan No-vakovi} poigrava se, kroz slike-kola`e, ambala`ama kartonskih kutija. Umetni~ka grupa SilkSkrin istra`uje {iroko poljegrafi~kih komunikacija, spajaju}i dizajn i umetnost, i na ovaj na~in zala`u}i se za popularizaciju grafike i edukaciju

Postavlja se pitanje kako na adekvatan na~in predstaviti ovako velik broj umetnika i premostiti samu slo`enost tu -ma ~enja svakog pojedina~nog rada. Da li krenuti od dodirnih ta~aka pod kojima bi se lak{e mogao na}i povezuju}i~inilac? Da li bi to onda bila tema ili sam medij izra`avanja? Ako bismo po~eli da ih ~itamo kroz svojevrsne porukekoje je sva ki umetnik u okviru sopstvenog polja delovanja na najbolji na~in uspeo da prika`e, koje su to teme koje do-miniraju?

Zvu~na instalacija Gradske metamorfoze, umetnice Mirjane Stojadinovi} Bobe, bavi se pitanjem promena u okvirujednog gradskog ambijenta, zvuk je kori{}en kao sredstvo komunikacije sa publikom i saop{tavanje odre|enog stava,u ovom slu~aju negodovanja na te iste promene. Grad kao sfera interesovanja, sa nizovima zgrada koji izgledaju kaobeskona~no ponavljaju}i pattern, pojavljuje se i na fotografijama Aleksandra Zari}a. Kroz upotrebu crte`a, Nina Todorovi}svojim nizovima prozora, i Predrag Terzi} apstraktnim motivom ograda, oslikavaju emociju otu|enosti urbanog pejza`a,ubla`avaju}i ovaj ose}aj malim intimisti~kim formatom slike. Mlada umetnica Vi{nja Nikoli}, na sentimentalan na~intretira grad u svojoj seriji Urbani grafi~ki prostori, pru`aju}i nam ise~ke vidika iz svoje neposredne sredine.

Serija digitalnih fotografija Sekvence, Milene Putnik, gde je jedan motiv – avion, prikazan iz razli~itih uglova, bavise pitanjem slo`enosti ljudske percepcije i nemogu}nosti vernog bele`enja promena. Putem crte`a, Uro{ Pavlovi} svojimradom Berza podataka, poku{ava da do~ara vrtlog promena koje nastaju u na{oj svesti konstantnom informacijskomprezasi}eno{}u koju danas internet pru`a. Grafika velikog formata, Marije Grahovac, iz ciklusa Kodiranje uspostavljakomunikaciju sa posmatra~em navode}i ga na preispitivanje poreme}enih partnerskih odnosa u modernom svetu,`ivotu okrenutom povr{nom vidu zabave koja sve vi{e vodi ka otu|enosti. Mladi umetnik Filip Misita suo~en i sâm saovim vidom otu|enja, u svojim radovima, grafikama-objektima malog formata, tra`i re{enje konflikta kreiraju}i miniprostore koji mu pru`aju uto~i{te, simboli~an beg od spolja{njeg ka sigurnosti unutra{njeg.

Sakupljanjem banalnih sadr`aja sa interneta, Jovana Stojanovi} stvara male ru~ne radove – ekrane, poni{tavaju}ina ovaj na~in granice realnog i preme{taju}i nas u svet kompjuterskog displeja koji postaje novi vid stvarnosti. Koriste}iele mente preuzete sa ambala`a robe {iroke potro{nje, Oliver Veljkovi} pravi zanimljive asambla`e pod nazivom Orig-inali.

Motiv straha, na razli~itim nivoima figurira u nekim radovima, pru`aju}i nam ose}aj konstantne nelagodnosti.Mo`da najo~iglednije vidljiv u radu mlade umetnice Ane Jovanovi}, Eat my fear, on nas kao {to i sam naziv ka`edirektno uvla~i u svoju sr` teraju}i da se direktno suo~imo sa njim. Mo`da ne toliko na prvi pogled o~igledno, ali icrte`i Vuka Vu~kovi}a sa predmetima, simbolima savremenog dru{tva, seksualnim pomagalima, izazivaju svojom di-rektno{}u ose}aj nelagodnosti koja vodi do ose}aja straha od nepoznatog. Every year, an open call for artists is announced by Gallery SKC Kragujevac, in which the emerging and mid-careerartists from all over Serbia participate. In the mass of submitted works, the Art Council selects the authors / artist groupswho will mark the Gallery current season. After the exhibition, artists are invited to leave the Gallery a representativework, that would eventually constitute the Gallery SKC Collection. At first, I was surprised when I heard about the practice,since artists usually produce their artwork with no financial support and there is a problem of ever present and increasedlack of funding in culture. Because of all the above mentioned this demand seemed to me as a big sacrifice expectedfrom the artists.

On this occasion, I was invited as an Art Council member to, in collaboration with the Editor of Art Program IvanArsenijevi}, organize an exhibition by making a selection of representative works contributed by the artists. These workswere preserved in the Collection of the Gallery SKC Kragujevac.

The Collection consists of works originated in the time period marked by 10 years of the Gallery's existenceand functioning. In this 10-year-time period the Gallery changed its work policy and as a result the Gallery spacebecame a place recognizable by the works of contemporary visual arts. Since the Gallery is an integral part of theStudents Cultural Center Institution, the criterion for the selection of artists was that they were either students, orthey successfully graduated from Art academies and belonged to the middle generation artists, striving to continuetheir artistic development.

During my engagement – working on the Collection, I became aware of the importance of a cultural institutionfor assuming the responsibility of collecting and preserving the artworks, and in what extent such activities provide anopportunity for study and observation of the art scene. In the end, there is the importance of the very presentation ofthat same Collection to a wider audience. In such a way, the audience can clearly perceive and evaluate the work of acultural institution engaged in cultural activities nowadays.

The idea behind the exhibition organization is based on the thought that the ten-year-period of Collection gener-ating is the right time for its interpretation and overview, and since the Institution itself at the time opened new exhibitionspace, the circumstances perfectly converged.

The next step was to select and combine artists that would in one exhibition best present the Gallery's work, aswell as to make a selection of artists that would reflect the art scene in Serbia in the last couple of years.

Stvaraju}i u okvirima koje grafika kao medij pru`a na zidovima su se na{li veliki formati Jastre Jela~i} i NikoleVelickog, kao i male intimne studije Tatjane Koji} ^ehi}, Milice Antonijevi} i Milice Crnobrnje Vukadinovi}.

I, na kraju, posle ovakve smotre umetnosti postaje jasno koliko ovakve izlo`be pru`aju podsticaj za dalji rad jednojustanovi kulture, koliko zna~e kao inspiracija umetnicima da i pored sve ve}e krize u zemlji, koja sve manje nov~animsredstvima poma`e razvoju kulture, na|u stimulans za nastavak svog kreativnog razvoja. Kolekcija }e se iz godine ugodinu sve vi{e pro{irivati, nove generacije umetnika smenjivati ostavljaju}i za sobom jedan nepresu{an izvor za novatuma~enja i interpretacije kulture.

reality. Using details from the consumer goods packaging, Oliver Veljkovi} creates interesting assemblages calledOriginals.

The motive of fear which at different levels appears in some works confronts us with a sense of constant discomfort.Perhaps this is the most obviously apparent in the work Eat My Fear of the young artist Ana Jovanovi}. As its nameimplies, the work directly drags us into its own core, yet forcing us to confront it directly. Not so much obvious at firstsight, but the drawings by Vuk Vu~kovi~ by their directness and objects – modern society symbols sex tools causethe feeling of discomfort that further leads to the fear of the unknown. Photographer Ivan Petrovi}, in his work Recordingapplies a similar method, setting the items that were used in the execution of minor offenses and are used as evidencein the Court proceedings, as a portrait of a crime, clearly referring that the objects themselves have the same potencyas the committed crime. Vladimir Rankovi} completes this story of fear with the constant feeling of upcoming uneasein his video installation Somebody Else's Spaces – 12 I 12, transferring us by the picture, sound and constructed in-stallation into the world of unknown and unexpected.

Another artist who uses video as a medium to express his thoughts on Art and life is Nenad Jeremi}. By posinga simple question and titling his work – How Much Longer, Young Artists ? – he forces us to think of a possible answer.

If we observe the works of several photographers, we will notice some similar themes but different approachmethods as well. Goran Micevski uses photography in a traditional way, by placing an acceptable esthetical image infront of the observer he leads us to the extremely conceptual thinking. Photo collection titled Unclassified is a commenton social reality, and presents an analysis of the photographic medium and an analysis of historical and artistic tradi-tions. Aleksandrija Ajdukovi} in her work Oigiang humorously treats the market phenomenon and advertising photog-raphy. Aleksandrija presents us with a form of a futuristic calendar – pseudo marketing campaign for the Chinesewashing powder.

Several artists photographers approached portraits in different ways. Danilo Prnjat uses his body for the purposeof defining a personal view of the world and expressing his inner state. Mihailo Vasiljevi} establishes a trust relationshipwith his models and at the same time he indecently exposes them to us, thus leaving in the air the sense of manipulationand discrimination that may occur in direct contact with the image of the portrayed subjects. In his work, Transposition,Sr|an Veljovi} depicts portrait of urban artist D`oni Rackovi} and tells a story of the person who, by his public ap-pearances became the symbol of a disappearing generation.

Vesna Mi}ovi}, performs interventions on photographies leaving a blank space instead of the portrayed subject.She deals specifically with content and form of topics such as landscapes, portraits or identity. Starting from a similar

Works from various areas of visual arts, video and sound installations, photography, design works and works ofclassical art media such as paintings, drawings, graphics all are integrated in a single exhibition and make a con-glomerate of different topics and issues that these artists are occupied with. Their views of the world, artistic curiosityto examine their own, individual attitudes towards modern life values –all of these make the basis of the exhibition,linking thus the art worlds in an interactive story.

The question is how to present properly such a large number of artists and how to overcome the very complexityof each work interpretation. Should we start with the common ground in interpretation, in order to reach more easilythe connecting factor? Would it then be the subject or the very expression medium? If we start reading works througha kind of messages that each artist within his own field of action was best able to transfer, which are the topics thatwill dominate?

Sound installation City Metamorphosis, by artist Mirjana Stojadinovi} Boba, explores the issue of change withinan urban environment, the sound is used as means of communication with the audience and to transfer a certainattitude, in this case the disapproval of the same changes. The city as a field of interest with a series of buildings, de-picted as an infinitely repeating pattern, appears in the photographs by Aleksandar Zari}. Nina Todorovi} in her drawingsby rows of windows, and Predrag Terzi} by an abstract fences motif, reflect the emotion of alienation present in theurban landscape, thus reducing the feeling by a small intimate picture format. The young artist Vi{nja Nikoli}, treatsthe city in a sentimental manner in her series Urban Graphic Areas, giving us scenery snapshots of her immediate en-vironment.

In her series of digital images Sequences, Milena Putnik plays with a motive – a plane, shown from different an-gles. The author investigates the issue of the human perception complexity and the inability of the faithful recordingof changes. In his drawings, Uro{ Pavlovi} specifically in his work Data Exchange is trying to outline a vortex of changes,the vortex in our consciousness, caused by a constant information saturation that the Internet offers today. Large formatgraphics, by Marija Grahovac, from the cycle Coding establish communication with a viewer, inducing him to reconsiderthe disturbed partner relations in the modern world, as well as to reexamine life focused on the superficial form of en-tertainment, which increasingly leads to alienation. Young artist Filip Misita who confronted himself with the form ofalienation in his works – small format prints-objects, is seeking the conflict resolution by creation of mini spaces thatprovide him a shelter, a symbolic escape from the outside to the security of the inner.

Jovana Stojanovi} creates small handicrafts screens out of the banal content collected from the Internet, nullifyingthis way the boundaries of the real. She displaces us into the world of computer displays, which is a new form of

10+act, Lidija Marinkov Pavlovi}, completely erases the main subject, in this case the historical figure of Josip Broz Tito,leaving the nature to dominate the photography. By decomposition of a myth, she leads us to the deleted historyground where the Post-Yugoslav Realities developed.

Over the years, the gallery hosted the works of a whole group of artists who developed their original artistic styleand at the same time expressed themselves within a particular artistic medium. Two artists, An|elka ^akarevi} andSlavica Lazi} Dundas, performed experiments in woodworking. Teodora Tasi} deployed ink wash and pen in her draw-ings tittled Sleeper. Bojan Novakovi} played with the cardboard boxes packaging through images-collages. The artisticgroup Silkskrin explored the broad field of graphic communications, combining design and art, and thus advocatingfor the graphics popularization and education of audiences. Bratislav Milenkovi}, Ivan Jovanovi} and Nikola Kora} indifferent ways applied graphic language to comment on social phenomena and anomalies.

Creating within the limits that graphics as medium can offer, the following authors were presented on the Gallerywalls: large formats by Jastra Jela~i} and Nikola Velicki, as well as small intimate studies by Tatjana Koji} ^ehi}, MilicaAntonijevi} and Milica Crnobrnja Vukadinovi}.

In the end, after such an Art festival it is apparent that the exhibitions are the encouragement for further work ofa cultural institution, and a timeless inspiration source for the artists. Despite the growing crisis in the country, thecountry that less and less funds and helps the development of culture, the artists are to find a stimulus to continuetheir creative development in such exhibitions. From year to year the Collection will be more and more extended, newgenerations of artists will emerge one after the other, leaving behind an endless source for new readings and interpre-tations of culture.

She is a member of ULUS (Association of FineArtists of Serbia) and an independent artist. Sheearned Master's degree in 2002. She enrolled the PhDstudies at the same university. Bilo putem tradicionalne grafike iliputem savremenih tehnologija, popkulturni citati,street art, ilustracija, grafi~ki dizajn i pro`imanjedizajna i umetnosti uvek su aktuelne teme grupe.

SilkSkrin group consists of four artists from BelgradeNatalija Dabi}, Milica Panteli}, Nikola Kora} and@eljko Lon~ar. The group explores, experiments andpromotes author expression moving through the widefield of graphic communications. Either throughtraditional graphics or by modern technologies: popcultural quotes, street art, illustration, graphic designand interaction between design and art are alwayscurrent topics for the group.
