• Unattractive industry due to low and unorganized demand

• High unemployment among sports graduates; at the same time sports jobs not finding the right skills

• Parents and students avoiding sports as a career due to high risk quotient

• We are performing without ‘world-class’ support (due to inherent strengths or potency of individual ambition)

• Most supply through ex-elite sportspersons yet to be structured

• The number of registered players in any one sports per capita GDP low.

Udaan Partner Edu sports

• Edu Sports under the Edu Sports Academy for Coaching Excellence (EACE Udaan Partner. Edu Sports is India's first and leading school sports company and is backed by a team of IIT, IIM, NIS, LNCPE and Stanford alumni.

• Udaan joined hands with Edu sports to train 30 candidates in key professional coaching and physical education skills to develop a generation of fitter and healthier children via the medium of physical activity and sports in schools

• Under Udaan Partner Edu sports 15 candidates joined training,8 Candidates completed training and 8 job offer were made. The annual salary is up to Rs 1,80000.
