Customer Training Charter

You Said, We Did
Active Learning for Residents
At Stockport Homes we are always doing our best to make sure that we are providing you with courses that match your needs and interests. Below are some of the ways your comments have helped shape our courses.
When you book onto a course, you will need to make sure that you are happy to abide by the Customer Training Charter. The Charter outlines what you can expect from us when booking a course, and what your responsibilities are. We will send you all the details when you request a course.
What your responsibilities are:
Please let us know at least 48 hours before the course starts if you are unable to attend or as soon as possible if you are unwell on the day.
Please make every reasonable effort to attend every session of the course.
What you can expect from us:
If you have booked onto a course, we will give you a call to remind you the course is about to start nearer the time.
If you need help organising how you will get to the course venue, we will call you. We can provide you with bus route maps, bus timetables, organise parking spaces, reimburse your bus fare or fuel costs and in exceptional circumstances organise you a taxi.
If you are on the waiting list and a space becomes available, we will call you as soon as possible to see if you can attend.
Any customer who fails to attend two courses or more than two sessions of a multi-week course without letting us know beforehand will be prevented from attending any future courses for a minimum six months.
For further information, please visit our website www.stockporthomes.org and type ‘Training Charter’ into our search engine.
