ŠKODA VAGONKA a.s. is a direct successor of tradition of railway passenger vehicles production established at Studénka.
History of the production in VAGONKA falls in the beginning of the last century. The company was included into business register of the regional court at Nový Ji�ín, as to at those time valid laws, at 12th of December 1900 and it is a date of its official establishing.
At present the company has itsheadquarters and workshops inmodern, new re-building premisesat Ostrava.
