• Ideal locations: AWG are modular in design and can be located in a distributed manner at/near the most valuable existing water infrastructure including reservoirs.

• Environmentally friendly: AWG systems draws in large volumes of air with minimal environmental impact. The air is condensed, cooled to the dew point, and then collects the H2O that meets WHO (World Health Organization) water quality standards.

• SkyH2O offers customers two different choices for acquiring an AWG project(s): 1. Turn-key AWG projects for “build

to transfer” at NTP or COD 2. Water sales under a long-term

Water Purchase Agreement (“WPA”).

• Air holds between 6g and 55g of water/kg of Air.

• Moving 900 tons of air per hour will generate on average 5,940 lbs of water per hour, 72 tons of water per day.

• In the Western USA, including California, with a relative low humidity, our AWS with increased air flow, will generate from 72 tons to 216+ tons of water per day thereby increasing the water production 3 times above other systems.

SkyH2O Our « fast track » process for the Western USA

SkyH2O seeks to work with well qualified water districts, municipalities and large commercial & industrial

water users with the following process. From project conception to clean flowing water; ~10-12 months.

1. Customer identifies location(s) desired to implement +500 AF/year AWG systems,

ideally at/near a local reservoir

2. Customer identifies desired AWG system size(s) and roll-out plan/schedule

3. SkyH2O provides a preliminary design with AWG water output projections with

budget pricing

2-4 weeks

4. Customer contracts SkyH2O to conduct an on-site Feasibility Study and Project

Assessment utilizing the AWS-003 system (~3,000 gal/day) “pilot” for

demonstration and testing for up to 90-days for a TBD Feasibility Fee

4-12 weeks

5. Upon satisfactory Feasibility Study, SKYh2o to submit firm binding proposal with

specific AWG system project design, turn-key EPC price or water price under a

“water purchase agreement” and construction schedule

2-4 weeks

6. After final permits the AWG systems can be delivered/installed, operational and

delivering water typically within 12-months.
