Atmospheric Water Generation « AWG »
A Game-changing, Utility-grade Solution for Producing Water
Confidential Property of SkyH2O, Inc.
• An Atmospheric Water Generation (“AWG”) system produces pure potable water from the atmosphere.
• AWG is a new water resource and in most locations is more effective than alternative water systems desalination or reverse osmosis (“RO”) .
• SkyH2O offers proven, utility-grade AWG systems that have effectively been used in military, mining and disaster-relief applications.
• SkyH2O world-class, unique, patented, high-efficiency Atmospheric Water Systems (“AWS”) have been designed for the Western USA with the highest quality standards and have a +25 year life expectancy.
• AWG as a distributed water generation source enables self-reliance and independence – “Water 4.0”.
• A single SkyH2O utility-grade AWS-072 can produce about 72,000 gal/day .

AWG A Distributed Water Production System
Enabling Independence and Self-Reliance – Water 4.0
Confidential Property of SkyH2O, Inc.
• Ideal locations: AWG are modular in design and can be located in a distributed manner at/near the most valuable existing water infrastructure including reservoirs.
• Fast deployment: SkyH2O’s has a fast-track program that allows for project completion under 12-months.
• Environmentally friendly: AWG systems draws in large volumes of air with minimal environmental impact. The air is condensed, cooled to the dew point, and then collects the H2O that meets WHO (World Health Organization) water quality standards.
• Right sized: effective AWG projects begin at about 500 AF/year and can be modularly expanded in 500 AF/year increments to +50,000 AF/year
• Cost competitive: In many Western USA locations SkyH2O currently can provide utility-scale potable water at about $2,400 AF.
• Innovation plan: SkyH2O with new technology/design is driving pricing as low as about $1,400 AF based on a carbon free hydrogen solution.

The Fastest and Most effective Solution
for Producing Water • Quickly Deployable: An on-site Feasibility Study
& Project Assessment utilizing our AWS-003 (~3,000 gal/day) mobile “pilot” for demonstration and complete the project assessment within 90-days for a feasibility fee. • Turn-key: project development and EPC construction completion in 6-12 months after local permits. • Modular: 500 AF/year pre-engineered systems can be expanded to +50,000 AF/year and are pre-engineered for any location including at/near reservoirs and pipelines. • Ease of deployment: minimal O&M costs, and a +25 year long lifespan with little/no environmental impact are key benefits of AWG technology Confidential Property of SkyH2O, Inc.

SkyH2O World-class Atmospheric Water Generation Projects for utilities,
municipalities and large industrial & commercial users
• SkyH2O provides world-class, utility-grade AWG systems across the Western USA.
• SkyH2O offers customers two different choices for acquiring an AWG project(s): 1. Turn-key AWG projects for “build
to transfer” at NTP or COD 2. Water sales under a long-term
Water Purchase Agreement (“WPA”).
Confidential Property of SkyH2O, Inc.
• SkyH2O AWG system sizes start at about 500 AF/year, and can be effectively expanded in further 500 ac-ft/year increments to sizes of +50,000 AF/year and more.

• Air holds between 6g and 55g of water/kg of Air.
• Moving 900 tons of air per hour will generate on average 5,940 lbs of water per hour, 72 tons of water per day.
• In the Western USA, including California, with a relative low humidity, our AWS with increased air flow, will generate from 72 tons to 216+ tons of water per day thereby increasing the water production 3 times above other systems.
