General info:

GGE invested into “woodchip drying plant” in connection with 5,0 MW CHP

plant, located in northern part of Croatia (Municipality of Slatina, closed to

Vitorvitica). The plant will produce heat energy in order to dry the woodchips

and electrical energy which will be distributed into electrical grid.

• CHP size: 5 MWe / 12 MWth

• Location: Norhern part of Croatia (Municipality of Slatina)

GGE bought existing SPV company, which had all needed documentation for the Feed in tarriffapproval and permits for construction. Legal due diligence was already done, no negativeissues were found. Due to GGE philosophy to use BAT and plants with highest possibleefficiency, we gone through process of changing Construction permit of CHP plant, add newpermit for Drying plant and totally changed previous project in order to get 50% of total plantefficiency and get 20% of bonus on Feed-in tariff.
