Core material •3/4” medium density fibreboard (MDF) rated at a minimum density of 49lbs

Grooves •3/8”wide x deep on 3” centres, machined to a modified “T” configuration.

Hanging Strength •Rated at a safety maximum of 56lbs per bracket 6” from panel face. Multiplebrackets or shelving applications rated at a safety maximum of 30lbs per linear foot of continuous panel with shelf brackets on 12” centres.(For additional hanging strength see Power Bars)

Installation •To be mounted with self tapping #8 flathead wood screws or self drilling #8 trussheaddrywall screws of a sufficient length to engage structural material (to be determined by installers) with a minimum of one in every third horizontal groove on 24” joints without interrupting the groove configuration.

Panel Specifications

• Top of edge of the longgrooved panel is machinedto create consistent grooveswhen panels are stacked.

•Panels are grooved to acceptany accessory.
