Development of Local Instructional Improvement Systems (LIIS) which includes: A local systems exchange (LSE) to allow

The LSE was established in 2011 LIIS Rule 6A-7.0712 was adopted by the
State Board of Education in November 2011
All of the 50 eligible small and rural school districts applied for the LIIS $5 million grant and awards were approved by FLDOE in 2011
