Used as a mean of communication for peoples whom do not have common language.
Arises when two different languages are communicating in a situation where there are also a third dominant language.
It sounds like a baby talk BUT even if we take a serious article from the newspaper, many speakers of English still find pidgin languages humorous.

It is a creole because it has been learned as a first language by
a large number of speakers, and has develop accordingly to
