FOLKLORE Almost each community, village or town

has its own costumes, speech, songs and dances

Every year there are international festivals of folklore in Východná or Detva.

BRYNDZA It’s the original product of Slovakia. The genuine "bryndza" cheese is

prepared from milk without the help of pasteurisation. It’s very healthy and also very delicious .

Our national meal “Bryndzové halušky” is made from this ingredient.
