Slow Panic, is the band I am currently in, we are a band from Aylsham and Norwich, firstly with me (bass), Chris (drums) and Matt (lead guitar) meeting at school and starting a band together before disbanding and later reforming and asking long-term friend Tom (rhythm guitar/vocals) to join. We are an indie rock band who count bands such as Joy Division and The Strokes amongst their influences. We have been playing locally in and around Norwich and performed numerous amounts of gigs. We rehearse in a shed in Aylsham, but recorded our tracks at the Mill Studios and Leeders Farm Studios in Norfolk.The name of the Slow Panic track I am going to use is called ‘Drawers’, it is a song which starts off slow paced and speeds up for the chorus which I thought could potentially be quite good visually. Whilst discussing with other members of the band I have found out a few techniques which they would like to be used in the music video, they were enthusiastic about the idea of having a slow motion effect in parts and things happening in reverse in parts as well. As I am making this for my own band, I will be able to meet the needs of the band, as the other members are my best friends I know what they like and dislike.
