The children of St, Alphonsus School during this same year collected the sum o* 5500 to help toward the b u i l d i n g of the Shrine. The newly- formed Mothers' Club of St Alphonsus Parish with, the inspiration of Father Fischer built the chapel with His Excellency Bishop Ijoarney dedicated the Chapel to Oar Lady Queen ot Peace or» June 27, .1941.
