Theory: Endogenous growth models based on human capital and knowledge as main productivity factor

Hypothesis: if knowledge is introduced into a community; then positive externalities will increase the total output, contributing in the long term to overcoming extreme poverty

64%of his population is a victim of internal conflict, displaced by violence in rural areas of the Caribbean and Pacific coast regions in Colombia. A small slum of 10 Ha. +10 years, +300 dwellings, +1.800 people.
