Deleting Fluency Files• Delete periodically to free server

space• Idea: keep one file as a benchmark

for the marking period• IMPORTANT! Removal from asset tab

only removes the alert—NOT the file.

1. Through Users/Groups Menu:– Select Users/Groups, then Students– Select View/Browse– Check next to student name– Select File tab– Check next to file name (or to remove

multiple files, check next to the top of the tree)

– Click Delete
