The need for a converged approach: SMAC

When one or more pieces of the SMAC construct are missing, companies are unable to take full advantage of emerging technologies that have driven personalized IT and innovation.

Although companies may need to pursue these technologies in isolation, they must be ultimately have a converged roadmap for these technologies to maximize success.
