INTELLIGENT CITY

1. Creation of the unified automated municipal system of management, monitoring, and integrated analysis of the activity of Moscow city executive authorities, institutions, and economic entities (UAMMS – short for the Unified Automated Municipal Management System):

Stages of UAMMS implementation:1) 2011. Development of the system project, audit of the existing information systems in terms of conformity to the system project, and collection and systematization of requirements to UAMMS.2) 2012 . Determination, structuring, and description of the through processes subject to automation within the frameworks of UAMMS, making decisions on integration of the existing information systems conforming to the system project in UAMMS, development of the UAMMS technical specifications, development of the system’s individual components mock-up, and testing system components.3) 2013 – 2014. Design, development, and phase-to-phase implementation of UAMMS, UAMMS integration with the information systems of executive authorities based on the unified integration bus, particularly with the Intelligent Transportation System, automated state functions management system, unified medical information analysis system, and information system of the general-purpose electronic card.4) 2015 – 2016.
