Smart City Event 2017 Annually in June Euroforum organize the Smart City Event. The 7th edition take place at World Forum Den Haag at 6th and 7th June 2017 and Den Haag will be the official Host of the Smart City and Safe City Event.

About Smart City Event

Smart City is an event that annually take place in the Netherlands for the past 6 years. It is an

international event where smart city experts all over the world meet each other. Government,

science and companies share their knowledge about smart city experience and solutions. Last year the Smart City Event had over 800+ visitors from 30 different countries.

Explanation different possibilities (*1) Plenary Lecture

You will get the stage and present your contentual vision to all participants. After reflection with the program manager, the content of your presentation will be fitted in the program. Preferably the presentation will be held together with a client.

(*2) Case bootcamp You will get the stage during a sub session and present your contentual vision to approximately 75 – 100 people. During the inspiring labs delegates can choose the topic which fits their interests best. During 30 minutes you will have the possibility to present your case/project to them. The topic of your presentation will be determined after reflection with the program manager.

(*3) Pavilion You will get your own pavilion at the Innovation Zone. Floor space of 25 sq. metres, Barzone, eyecatcher, lock up room and 5 displays for local companies, networktables, stools and Wi-fi. Especially for cities, countries or corporates with partners.

(*4) Content marketing The opportunity to provide content; Closing in on the event we will gather content for the most interesting target audience. This content will be used in mailings, our website and will be posted on the social media. The content can consist of interesting news items, articles, columns, white papers and/or a blog. As a partner of the event you will get exclusive privilege to provide content for extra exposure. The requirements that the content needs meet are: not too commercially based information, around 350 words maximum and it has to be interesting for the primary target audience.

(*5) Wish list Wish list; Give us a list with companies or persons you would like to meet at the event. Euroforum will invite this companies/persons to attend the event. We can offer them an entrance ticket of your package or discount of the admission fee.

(*6) VIP meeting You will have an interactive and private meeting with a minimum of 10 attendees during the breakfast. We organize a VIP session at the conference in a separate room. Attendees present at the VIP session will come from your wish list (*5). Euroforum will complement the list with the right contact persons and contact details. After complementing the list we will handle the invitation and registration process. Food and drinks are included in the price and will be served during the VIP session. Also the guidance on the conference day will be handled by Euroforum. The topic that will be treated during the VIP session will be determined in consultation with the program manager.

(*7) Round-table session – 2 times You will be the contentual chairman of a roundtable and will have an interactive discussion with 20 to 24 people. The goal is that you can tell and discuss about your product or service with a select group of truly interested people. You will have direct contact with your target audience. You will the chairman of a discussion table. Participants choose the table which fits their interests best. You will have the opportunity to exchange experiences with other professionals. First, the theme of each table will be introduced briefly by you in 10 to 15 minutes.

(*7) Exhibition space 6m2 Your own meetingpoint on the playground. Floor space of 6 sq. metres, networktable, stools and Wi-fi. (*8) Cube 1m2 You will get a cube at the Innovation Zone including tickets and Wi-fi.
