The Smart City Control Room The Smart City Control Room inaugurated at the end of
September is an environment of around 60 m2 with a very
flexible A/V matrix managing 4 screen 4K. The Smart City control
Room has the following objectives:
To implement the integrated control room and city dashboard
providing an integrated overview on maps of what is happening
in the city (real time) related to: traffic and mobility, energy
consumption, pollution, accident and crisis situations (fire,
earthquake, floods), etc. but also what happened in the past
(statistics);
To implement various type of integrated Operation Rooms for
example : Police Department, Fireman, ambulance and hospitals,
public lighting, green and parks management and so on;
To implement the Open Air Lab real time Control Room;
To provide an environment for Open Air Lab visits substituting
also the outdoor visit in case of bad wheather conditions.
