*Microphone or any promo�onal ac�vi�es, hindering or disturbing other sponsor/exhibitor will not be permi�ed. This is
a must for security purpose.
*The number of representa�ves of the sponsor/exhibitor at the conference venue will be limited, depending on the
extent of sponsorship, at the discre�on of the organizing commi�ee.
* All prices are exclusive of 18% GST.
*Please be advised that your registra�on is not considered confirmed un�l payment has been received in full. Please
note that all payments must be made in Indian Rupees.
*Cancella�ons are to be made in wri�ng or by email to conference secretariat. 50% of the payment will be refunded if
canceled before November 1, 2019 and a�er which there will not be any en�tlement for any refund.
*The Exhibi�on Commi�ee reserves the right to modify or rearrange the floor plan or even cancel any
sponsorship/Exhibitor, without assigning any reason thereof.

Sponsorship / Exhibi�on will be allocated on first come first served basis only a�er the Cheque/ Demand Dra� for the
booking amount is en-cashed and the Organizers reserve the right to cancel the booking in the event of non payment
within the s�pulated �me.
*All booking forms must be accompanied by 50% advance and remaining 50% must be paid before the conference
starts. Wri�en confirma�on of booking will be given a�er 100% advance payment.
*The sponsor/exhibitor must not cause any damage to the walls, panels and other areas inside the hall. Incase of any
such damage, the sponsor/exhibitor will have to indemnify the Organizers for the same.

The site of the stall shall be made available to the par�cipants at 12 midnight on December 13, 2019. No workman will
be allowed at the exhibi�on site a�er 8:00 AM of the Inaugura�on day under any circumstances. If the par�cipants fail
to occupy the stall by 8:00 AM of the inaugura�on day, the Trade & Exhibi�on Commi�ee reserves the right to allot the
vacant stalls to the wai�ng applicants.

Appointed Electrical Contractor will execute all electrical connec�ons inside the stall and other areas. The sponsors /
exhibitors are required to in�mate the organizers in wri�ng on the addi�onal points required by them at least 30 days
in advance. Please note all extra points/connec�ons would be charged on Pro-rata basis.
*The Exhibi�on Commi�ee shall allocate the floor areas to meet the request of exhibitors as far as possible to their given
preference but the same cannot be guaranteed by the Exhibi�on Commi�ee.
