NOTE: A SMART Recovery meeting is not a therapy group; rather, it is an educational (concepts, tools, experiences, etc.), self-help support group.

To support individuals who have chosen to abstain, or are considering abstinence
from any type of addictive behaviors (substances or activities) by teaching them
how to change self-defeating thinking, emotions and actions…and to work towards
long-term satisfactions and a higher quality of life.
