Background
NAPSA has embarked on implementation of an online Returns submissions and
payment platform.
The Platform allows for financial institutions to integrate and facilitate payments
via their core banking system or via over the counter cash payments.
The platform is open to participating financial institutions as per NAPSA
requirements.
Participating banks are looking at the possibility of integrating and participate in
the payments and collections process for NAPSA to increase their collections
revenue and facilitate participation.

• Integration of NAPSA platform to all client facing access channels.
•Ensure that the SmartPAY Platform has a NAPSA module that will facilitate the
collections process without complicated development for participating banks.
•Utilize ProBASE SmartPAY platform to facilitate NAPSA collections in the
branches through various payment channels.
•Extend SmartPAY access to the various branches.
What participating banks require?

• Development of the SmartPAY NAPSA Module that will facilitate payments and
collections.
• The SmartPAY NAPSA module will ensure NAPSA transactions processes are
compliant with the NAPSA expectations.
• The bank will derive a NEW income stream and quickly recoup investment on
SmartPAY platform without substantial costs in development efforts.
• Clients (banked / non-banked) – will submit returns online on NAPSA platform
while payment will be made through the Bank.
• The client will instantly receive payment and confirmation electronically.
