EN1.0 TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
1.1 DESCRIPTION
The system consists of a modern direct current generator for thewelding of metals, developed via application of the inverter. Thisspecial technology allows for the construction of compact lightweight generators with high performance. lts adjust ability, ef-feciency and energy consumption make it an excellent work toolsuitable for coated electrode and GTAW (TIG) welding.
1.2 TECHNICAL DATA

IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE THE POWER SOURCE MEETSTHE ABOVE REQUISITES. EXCEEDING THE SPECIFIEDVOLTAGE CAN DAMAGE THE WELDING MACHINE AND IN-VALIDATE THE WARRANTY.
1.3 ACCESSORIES
Consult the area agents or the dealer.
1.4 DUTY CYCLE AND OVERHEATING
Duty cycle is the percentage of 10 minutes at 40C ambient tem-perature that the unit can weld at its rated output without overheat-ing. If the unit overheats, the output stops and the overtemperature light comes On. To correct the situation, wait fifteenminutes for unit to cool. Reduce amperage, voltage or duty cyclebefore starting to weld again (See page IV).
1.5 VOLT - AMPERE CURVES
Volt-ampere curves show the maximum voltage and amperageoutput capabilities of the welding power source. Curves of othersettings fall under curves shown (See page IV).
2.0 INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: BEFORE CONNECTING, PREPARING OR US-ING EQUIPMENT, READ SECTION 1.0 SAFETY PRECAU-TIONS.
2.1 CONNECTING THE POWER SOURCE TO THE MAINS ELECTRICITY SUPPLY.
SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT MAY RESULT IFTHE POWER SOURCE IS SWITCHED OFF DURING WELDINGOPERATIONS.
The equipment is shipped without any plug installed. It works witha wide range of 230 voltage 10%. The recommended plug maybe applied checking that the power outlet is equipped with a fusecapable of carrying the amperes indicated on the data plate on theunit.
ON - OFF SWITCH
This switch has two positions: ON = I and OFF = O.
2.2 HANDLING AND TRANSPORTING THE POWER SOURCE
OPERATOR SAFETY: WELDERS HELMET - GLOWES -SHOES WITH HIGH INSTEPS.
THE WELDING POWER SOURCE DO NOT WEIGHT MORETHAN 25 KG AND CAN BE HANDLED BY THE OPERATOR.READ WELL THE FOLLOWING PRECAUTIONS.The machine is easy to lift, transport and handle, though the fol-lowing procedures must always be observed:
1. The operations mentioned above can be operated by thehandle on the power source.
2. Always disconnect the power source and accessories frommain supply before lifting or handling operations.
3. Do not drag, pull or lift equipment by the cables.
2.3 CONNECTION AND PREPARATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR STICK WELDING.
TURN OFF WELDER BEFORE MAKING CONNECTIONS.
Connect all welding accessories securely to prevent powerloss. Carefully follow safety precautions described in section1.0
1. Fit the selected electrode to the electrode clamp.2. Connect the ground cable quick connection to the negative (-
) receptacle and locate the clamp near the welding zone. 3. Connect the electrode cable quick connection to the positive
(+) receptacle.4. Use the above connection for straight polarity welding; for re-
verse polarity turn the connection.5. On the unit preset for coated electrode welding (Rif.5 - Pic-
ture 1 Page 4.) 6. Adjust welding current with ampere selector. (Rif.3 - Picture
1 Page 4.) .7. Turn on the power source.
2.4 CONNECTION AND PREPARATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR GAS TUNGSTEN ARC WELDING (TIG).
TURN OFF WELDER BEFORE MAKING CONNECTIONS.
Connect welding accessories securely to avoid power loss orleakage of dangerous gases. Carefully follow the safety pre-cautions described in section 1.0.
1. Fit the required electrode and nozzle to the electrode holder(Check the protrusion and state of the electrode tip).
2. Connect the ground cable quick connection to the positive (+)receptacle and the clamp near the welding zone.
3. Connect the electrode torch power cable connector to thenegative quick-connection terminal (-) and the torch pushbutton connector to the corresponding socket (Rif.10 - Pic-ture 1 Page 4.) .

For manual TIG welding, set the welding mode selector (Rif.5 -Picture 1 Page 4.) to position:
Adjust the slope down duration with the time/slope down potenti-ometer (Rif.6 - Picture 1 Page 4.)
2.6 AUTOMATIC GTAW (TIG) WELDING.

3.0 FUNCTIONS
3.1 FRONT PANEL

1 - ON - OFF SWITCH this switch (Rif.1 - Picture 1Page 4.) has two positions: : I = ON - O = OFF.
2 - POST GAS REGULATION Regulation (Rif.2 -Picture 1 Page 4.) of the delay time of the extinctiongas with screw-driver as regards the extinction ofthe welding arc. Regulation time from 2 to 20 sec-onds.
3 - AMPERAGE SELECTOR Use control knob(Rif.3 - Picture 1 Page 4.) to regulate welding cur-rent.
4 - OVERHEATING WARNING LIGHT The yellowLED (Rif.4 - Picture 1 Page 4.) on the front panel in-dicates overheating due to an excessive duty cycle.Interrupt welding operation; leave the power sourceon until the lamp goes out, thereby signalling thattemperature has returned to normal.
5 - WELDING MODE SELECTOR Select with theswitch (Rif.5 - Picture 1 Page 4.) the wished weldingmodality .
Manual GTAW (TIG) welding
Appliance preset for GTAW (TIG) welding with slopedown. Press the torch push button to switch thewelding current on. When the pushbutton is re-leased the current will gradually diminish until itswitches off.
Automatic GTAW (TIG) welding.
torch push button provides four functions.
The first time it is pressed, the gas flow is enabledand when released the welding current comes on.The second time the torch push button is pressed,the slope down is enabled (welding current gradual-ly diminishes until it switches off) and when releasedthe welding current is cut off.
Applince preset for coated electrode welding.
6 - SLOPE DOWN REGULATION
The regulation of (Rif.6 - Picture 1 Page 4.) slopedown time can be set continuosly from 0.2 to 10 sec-onds and works after the release of push-bottontorch.
7 - PRE GAS REGULATION
Regulation (Rif.7 - Picture 1 Page 4.) of the delaytime of the arc primer with screw-driver as regardsthe gas that has to arrive to the torch to protect thewelding bath. Regulation time from 0,1 to 1 second.
9 - GAS OUTLET FITTING
Connect the gas pipe leading (Rif.9 - Picture 1 Page4.) to the electrode torch to this fitting and fully tight-en.
10 - SOCKET TORCH PUSHBUTTON (Rif.10 - Pic-ture 1 Page 4.) .

1. Insert the cylinder gas pipe into this fitting (Rif.12 - Picture 2Page 5.) and secure with a hose clamp.
Ensure that these connections are well tightened to avoidpower loss and overheating.
NB: the power source is fitted with an anti-sticking device that dis-ables power if output short circuiting occurs or if the electrodesticks, allowing it to be easily detached from the workpiece. Thisdevice enters into operation when power is supplied to the gener-ator, even during the initial checking period, therefore any load in-
put or short circuit that occurs during this phase is treated as afault and will cause the output power to be disabled.
4.0 MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT: DISCONNECT THE POWER PLUG AND WAITAT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY MAIN-TENANCE. MAINTENANCE MUST BE CARRIED OUT MOREFREQUENTLY IN HEAVY OPERATING CONDITIONS.Carry out the following operations every three (3) months:
a. Replace any illegible labels.
b. Clean and tighten the welding terminals.
c. Replace damaged gas tubing.
d. Repair or replace damaged welding cables.
e. Have specialized personnel replace the power cable if dam-aged.
Carry out the following operations every six (6) months:
Remove any dust inside the generator using a jet of dry air.
Carry out this operation more frequently when working in verydusty places.
5.0 TYPES OF MALFUNCTIONING/ WELDING FAULTS CAUSES REMEDIES

TYPES OF MALFUNCTIONING WELDING FAULTS
POSSIBLE CAUSES CONTROLS AND REMEDIES
The generator does not weld: the digital switch is not lit.
A) The main switch is off.B) The power lead is interrupted (lack of one or two phases).C) Other.
A) Switch on mains.B) Verify and repair.C) Ask for the intervention of the Assistance Centre.
During welding suddenly the outgoing current is interrupted, the the orange led goes on.
Overheating has occurred and the automatic protection has come on. (See work cycles).
Keep generator switched on and wait till temperature has dropped again (10-15 minutes) to the point where the or-ange switch goes off again.
Welding power reduced.Outgoing wires are not correctly attached. A phase is missing.
Check that wires are intact, that the pliers are sufficient and that they are applied to welding surface clean from rust, paint or oils.
Excessive jets.Welding arch too long.Welding current too high.
Wrong torch polarity, lower the current values.
Craters. Fast removal of the electrodes.
Inclusions.Inadequate cleaning and bad distribution of coating. Faulty movement of the electrodes.
Inadequate penetration. Forward speed too high. Welding current too low.
Sticking.Welding arch too short. Current too low.
Increase current values.
Blowing and porosity. Damp electrodes. Arch too long. Wrong torch polarity.
Jacks. Currents too high. Dirty materials.

Ce gnrateur courant continu moderne utilis dans le soudagedes mtaux est n grate lapplication lectronique de londuleur.Cette technologie spciale a permis de construire des gnrate-urs compacts, lgers et trs performants. Les possibilits de rg-lage, le rendement et la consommation dnergie entt optimisspourque ce gnrateur soit adapt au soudage lectrodes enro-bes et GTAW (TIG).
1.2 DONNEES TECHNIQUES
IMPORTANT : VRIFIER QUE LA SOURCE D'ALIMENTATIONSATISFAIT LES EXIGENCES CI-DESSUS. LE DPASSEMENTDE LA TENSION INDIQUE PEUT ENDOMMAGER LA SOUD-EUSE ET ANNULER LA GARANTIE.
1.3 ACCESSOIRES

1.4 FACTEUR DE MARCHE
Le facteur de marche est le pourcentage de temps sur 10 minutespendant lequel le poste peut fonctionner en charge sans sur-chauffer, en considerant une temprature ambiante de 40,C,sans lintervention du thrmostat.
Si le poste surchauffe, le courant de sortie s'arrte et le voyant desurchauffe s'allume. Laisser le poste refroidir pendant quinze mi-nutes. Rduire l'intensit du courant de soudage, sa tension ou lecycle de travail avant d'oprer nouveau (Voir page IV).
1.5 COURBES VOLT/AMPERE
Les courbes Volt/Ampere indiquent l'intensit et la tension maxi-males du courant de soudage gnr par le poste (Voir page IV).
2.0 INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: AVANT DE RACCORDER, DE PRPARER OUD'UTILISER LE GNRATEUR, LIRE ATTENTIVEMENT LECHAPITRE 1.0 SECURIT.
2.1 BRANCHEMENT DU GENERATEUR AU RESEAU
LEXTINCTION DU GNRATEUR EN PHASE DE SOUDAGEPEUT PROVOQUER DE GRAVES DOMMAGES LAPPAREIL.Sassurer que la prise dalimentation est quipe du fusible indi-qu sur le tableau des donnes techniques plac sur le gnrate-
ur. Tous les modles de gnrateur prvoient une compensationdes variations de rseau. Pour chaque variation de 10%, on ob-tient une variation du courant de soudage de 0,2%.
INTERRUPTEUR DALLUMAGE: terrupteur possdedeux positions I = ALLUME - O = ETEINT.
2.2 DEPLACEMENT ET TRANSPORT DU GENERATEUR
PROTECTION DE L'OPERATEUR: CASQUE - GANTS -CHAUSSURES DE SCURIT.
SON POIDS NE DPASSANT PAS LES 25 KG, LA SOUDEUSEPEUT TRE SOULEVE PAR L'OPRATEUR. LIRE ATTEN-TIVEMENT LES PRESCRIPTIONS SUIVANTES.Lappareil a t conu pour tre soulev et transport. Ce transportest simple mais doit tre fait dans le respect de certaines rgles:
1. Ces oprations peuvent tre faites par la poigne se trouvantsur le gnrateur.
2. Avant tout dplacement ou levage, dbrancher lappareil ettous ses accessoires du rseau.
3. L'appareil ne doit pas tre remorqu, tran ou soulev l'aide des cbles lectriques.

Raccorder avec soin les accessoires de soudage afin dviter lespertes de puissance. Respecter scrupuleusement les rgles descurit chapitre 1.0.
1. Placer l'lectrode utiliser dans la pince du porte-lectrodes.2. Raccorder le cble de masse la borne ngative (-) et placer
la pince de masse proximit de la zone souder.3. Raccorder le cble du porte-lectrodes la borne positive
(+).4. Le raccordement des deux cbles effectu comme indiqu
ci-dessus donnera un soudage polarit directe. Pour unsoudage polarit inverse, intervertir les connexions desdeux cbles.
5. Positionner le slecteur de modalit sur le type de soudage lectrodes enrobes (Rif.5 - Figure 1 Pag. 3.) .
6. Rgler la courant de soudage ncessaire l'aide du bouton(Rif.3 - Figure 1 Pag. 3.) .
7. Allumer le gnerateur en tournant le bouton dmarrage - arrt.
2.4 BRANCHEMENT, PRPARATION DE L'APPAREIL POUR LE SOUDAGE TIG.
2.5 ETEINDRE LE POSTE AVANT DE PROCDER AUX CONNEXIONS
Raccorder les accessoires de soudage avec soin afin dviter despertes de puissance ou des fuites de gaz dangereuses. Respec-ter scrupuleusement les rgles de scurit chapitre 1.0.
1. Monter l'lectrode et le diffuseur de gaz choisis sur la torche(Contrler la saillie et l'tat de la pointe de l'lectrode).
2. Raccorder le cble de masse la borne positive (+) et placerla pince de masse proximit de la zone souder.
3. Raccorder le connecteur du cble de puissance de la torche la borne rapide ngative (-). Raccorder le connecteur dubouton torche la prise relative (Rif.10 - Figure 1 Pag. 3.)

Soudage GTAW (TIG) manuel.
appareillage prvu pour le soudage TGAW (TIG)avec rampe de descente (Slope Down). Appuyersur le bouton poussoir de la torche pour declencherle courant de soudage. En relachant le bouton pous-soir, on aura une diminution progressive du courant(descente) jusqu' l'extinction.Soudage GTAW (TIG) automatique.
Le bouton poussoir torche fonctionne 4 effets. Lapremire pression sur le bouton torche introduit ledbit du gaz; quand on le relche, on declenche lecourant de soudage.La deuxime pression sur cemme bouton declenche la rampede descente (di-minution progressive du courant de soudage jus-qu' l'extinction); quand on le relche, on interromptle courant de soudage.
Appareillage prvu pour le soudage lectrodesenrobes.
6 - RGLAGE SLOP/DOWN
La fonction de ce rglage (Rif.6 - Figure 1 Pag. 3.)(Slope Down)programmable de 0.2 10 secondes,est d'ajuster de faon continue la dure du tempsd'vanouissement de l'arc aprs le relchement dela gchette de la torche.
7 - RGLAGE PR-GAZ
Rglage (Rif.7 - Figure 1 Pag. 3.) du retardementde l'allumage de l'arc par rapport la sortie du gazqui doit arriver la torche pour protger le bain defusion. Temps rglable de 0,1 1 seconde.
9 - RACCORD DE SORTIE DU GAZ
Brancher sur ce raccord (Rif.9 - Figure 1 Pag. 3.) letuyau conduisant le gaz la torche et serrer fond.

Le serrage dfectueux de ces deux raccordements pourradonner lieu des pertes de puissance et des surchauffes.
NB: Le genrateur est quipe dun dispositif (anti- accrochage)qui inhibe la puissance en cas de courtcircuit en sortie ou au caso llectrode se serait colle. Il permet galement de dtacherllectrode de la piece. Ce dispositif entre en action lorsque lonalimente le gnerateur. Par consquent, il fonctionne ds la pr-iode initiale de vrifi-cation ce qui fait que toute charge et tout
coutt-circuit qui se dclencherait au tours de cette priode seraitconsider comme une anomalie et impliquerait linhibition de lapuissance en sotiie.
4.0 ENTRETIEN
ATTENTION: DBRANCHER LA FICHE D'ALIMENTATION ETATTENDRE 5 MINUTES AVANT TOUTE INTERVENTION D'EN-TRETIEN. LA FRQUENCE D'ENTRETIEN DOIT TRE AUG-MENTE EN CONDITIONS DIFFICILES.Tous les trois (3) mois effectuer les oprations suivantes:
a. Remplacer les tiquettes illisibles.
b. Nettoyer et serrer les terminaux de soudage.
c. Remplacer les tuyaux de gaz endommags.
d. Rparer ou remplacer les cbles de soudage endommags.
e. Faire remplacer par un personnel spcialis le cble d'alimen-tation en cas de dommages.
Tous les six (6) mois effectuer les oprations suivantes:
Nettoyer de la poussire l'intrieur du gnrateur l'aide d'un jetd'air sec.
Augmenter la frquence de cette opration lors d'un travaiI en en-vironnement trs poussireux.
5.0 TYPE DE PANNE / DEFAUTS DE SOUDAGE - CAUSES - REMEDES

Au cours du soudage, le courant est soudaine-ment coup la sortie. La LED jaune s'allume.
Une surchauffe a eu lieu et la protection tech-nique est intervenue (Voir les cycles de tra-vail).
Laisser le gnrateur allum et attendre qu'il se refroidisse (10-15 minutes) jusqu' ce que la protection se rtablisse et que la LED jaune s'teigne.
Puissance de soudage rduite.Cbles de raccordement mal branchs.Une phase est absente.
S'assurer que les cbles sont en bon tat, que la pince de masse est suffisante et qu'elle est applique sur la pice souder propre et sans traces de rouille, de peinture ou de graisse.
Eclats excessifs.Arc de soudage trop long.Courant de soudage trop fort.
Polarit incorrecte de la torche.
Cratres. Eloignement rapide de l'lectrode au dtachement.
Inclusions. Mauvais nettoyage ou distribution errone des passages. Mouvement dfectueux de l'lectrode.
Pntration insuffisante. Vitesse d'avance trop forte. Courant de soudage trop faible.
Collages.Arc de soudage trop court.Courant trop faible.
Augmenter la valeur de courant programme
Soufflures et porosit. Electrodes humides. Arc trop long. Polarit incorrecte de la torche.

1.1 DESCRIPCIN
La instalacin es un moderno generador de corriente continuapara soldar metales, creado gracias a la aplicacin del inverter.Esta particular tecnologa ha permitido la fabricacin de genera-dores compactos y ligeros, con prestaciones de gran nivel. La po-sibilidad de efectuar regulaciones, su rendimiento y consumo deenerga lo convierten en un excelente medio de trabajo,to parasoldaduras con electrodo revestido y GTAW (TIG).
1.2 ESPECIFICACIONES

IMPORTANTE: COMPROBAR QUE LA FUENTE DE ALIMENT-ACIN CUMPLA DICHOS REQUISITOS. TENSIONES MAY-ORES QUE LA INDICADA PUEDEN DAAR LA SOLDADORAE INVALIDAR LA GARANTA.
1.3 ACCESORIOS
Ponerse en contacto con los agentes de zona o con el distribui-dor.
1.4 CICLO DE TRABAJO
El ciclo de trabajo es el porcentaje de un intervalo de 10 minutosen el que la soldadora puede soldar a la corriente nominal conuna temperatura ambiente de 40 C sin que se dispare la protec-cin termosttica. Si la proteccin se dispara hay que dejar enfriarla soldadora por lo menos 15 minutos y bajar el amperaje o acor-tar el ciclo antes de retomar el trabajo (A ver pag. IV).
1.5 CURVAS VOLTIOS - AMPERIOS
Las curvas voltios-amperios indican la mxima corriente y lamxima tensin de salida que ofrece la soldadora (A ver pag. IV).
2.0 INSTALACIN
IMPORTANTE: ANTES DE CONECTAR, PREPARAR O UTI-LIZAR EL EQUIPO, LEA CUIDADOSAMENTE EL CAPTULO1.0 NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD.
2.1 ACOMETIDA DEL GENERADOR A LA RED
DESCONECTAR LA SOLDADORA DURANTE LA SOLDADU-RA PUEDE CAUSAR SERIOS DAOS AL EQUIPO.Compruebe si Ia toma de corriente dispone del fusible que se in-dica en Ia tabla tcnica del generador. Todos los modelos de ge-
nerador necesitan que se compensen las oscilaciones de voltaje.A una oscilacin de 10% corresponde una variacin de Ia co-rriente de soldadura de 0,2%.
INTERRUPTOR DE ALIMENTACIN
Este interruptor tiene dos posiciones: I = ENCENDIDO/ O = APAGADO.
2.2 TRANSPORTE DEL GENERADOR
PROTECCIN DEL SOLDADOR: CASCO - GUANTES -CALZADO DE PROTECCIN.
LA SOLDADORA TIENE UN PESO MXIMO DE 25 KG YPUEDE SER LEVANTADA POR EL SOLDADOR. LEER ATEN-TAMENTE LAS PGINAS QUE SIGUEN.Este equipo est diseado para poder ser elevado y transportado.La operacin de transporte es sencilla pero se debe realizar deacuerdo con las reglas siguientes:
1. Tomar la soldadora por el asa del generador.2. Antes de elevarla y desplazarla hay que desconectarla de la
red y desconectar todos los accesorios.3. No elevar, arrastrar o tirar del equipo por los cables de ali-
mentacin o de los accesorios.
2.3 PREPARACIN DEL EQUIPO PARA LA SOLDADURA CON ELECTRODO REVESTIDO .
APAGAR LA SOLDADORA ANTES DE CONECTARLA.
Conectar los accesorios de soldadura con sumo cuidadopara evitar prdidas de potencia. Cumplir las normas de se-guridad indicadas en el capitulo 1.0.
1. Montar el electrodo deseado en la pinza portaelectrodo.2. Conectar el conector del cable de masa al borne rpido ne-
gativo (-) y la pinza del mismo cerca de la zona a soldar.3. Conectar el conector de la pinza porta-electrodos al borne
rpido positivo (+).4. Con esta disposicin se obtiene una soldadura con polaridad
directa; para obtener la polaridad inversa hay que invertir lasconexiones.
5. Poner el selector de modo (Rif.5 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) en sol-dadura con electrodos revestidos
6. Ajustar el amperaje de soldadura moviendo el selector deamperaje (Rif.3 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) .
7. Encender el generador girando el conmutador de encendido.
2.4 PREPARACIN DEL EQUIPO PARA LA SOLDADURA GTAW ( TIG ) .
APAGAR LA SOLDADORA ANTES DE CONECTARLA.
Conectar los accesorios de soldadura con sumo cuidadopara evitar prdidas de potencia y fugas de gas. Cumplir lasnormas de seguridad indicadas en el captulo 1.0.
1. Montar en el porta-electrodos el electrodo y la boquilla degas seleccionados (Observar cunto sobresale la punta delelectrodo y en qu estado se encuentra).
2. Conectar el conector del cable de masa al borne rpido po-sitivo (+) y la pinza del mismo cerca de la zona por soldar.
3. Conectar el conector del cable de potencia del portaelectro-do a la conexin rpida negativa (-). Conectar el conector delpulsante portalectrodo a la toma relativa (Rif.10 - Figura 1Pgina 3.) .

6. Encender el ganerador apretando el pulsador luminoso (Rif.1- Figura 1 Pgina 3.) .
7. Colocar el selector modalidad en el tipo de soldadura elegida(Rif.5 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) .
8. Controlar que no haya prdida de gas.9. Regular el amperaje de corriente de soldadura mediante el
selector de amperaje (Rif.3 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) .
2.5 SOLDADURA GTAW (TIG) MANUAL.
Para obtener la condicin de soldadura a TIG manual, colocar elselector de modalidad de soldadura (Rif.5 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.)en la posicin correspondiente.
Regular el tiempo de bajada con el potencimetro regulador time/slope down (Rif.6 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) .
2.6 SOLDADURA GTAW (TIG) AUTOMTICA.
Para obtener la condicin de soldadura a TIG automtica, colocarel selector de modalidad de soldadura (Rif.5 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.)en la posicin correspondiente.
Regular el tiempo de bajada con el potencimetro regulador time/slope down (Rif.6 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) .

3.1 PANEL FRONTAL

1 - INTERRUPTOR DE ENCENDIDO Este interrup-tor (Rif.1 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) puede colocarse endos posiciones: I = ENCENDIDO - O = APAGADO.
2 - REGULADOR POST GAS Regulacin (Rif.2 -Figura 1 Pgina 3.) del tiempo de retraso de la in-terrupcin del gas con respecto a la interrupcin delarco de soldadura. Tiempo regulable de 2 a 20 se-gundos.
3 - SELECTOR AMPERAJE Seleccionar por mediodel botn esfrico (Rif.3 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) lacantidad de corriente necesaria para la soldadura.
4 - PILOTO RECALENTAMIENTO El encendido delindicador amarillo (Rif.4 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) situadoen el panel delantero indica un recalentamiento delequipo a causa de un ciclo de trabajo sobrante. Eneste caso interrumpir la soldadura, dejando arrancadoel generador, hasta que el indicador que seala la nor-malizacin de la temperatura se apague
5 - SELECTOR MODALIDAD DE SOLDADURASeleccionar mediante el botn (Rif.5 - Figura 1 Pg-ina 3.) la modalidad de soldadura deseada.
Soldadura GTAW (TIG) manual
Equipo predispuesto para soldadura GTAW (TIG)con rampa de bajada (Slope Down).
Presionar el pulsador portaelectrodo para encenderel equipo; soltando el pulsador, la corriente de sol-dadura disminuir progresivamente (Bajada) hastael apagamiento.
Soldadura GTAW (TIG) automtica
El pulsador funciona de cuatro efectos.
Presionando por la primera vez el pulsador portae-lectrodo se introduce el flujo del gas, soltndolo seintroduce la corriente de soldadura.
Presionando por la segunda vez el pulsador portae-lectrodo se introduce la rampa de bajada (la corrien-te de soldadura disminuir progresivamente hastael apagamiento), soltndolo se desconecta la co-rriente de soldadura.

6 - REGULADOR SLOPE DOWN
La funcin de este regulador (Rif.6 - Figura 1 Pgina3.) (Slope Down) programable desde 0.2 hasta 10segundos es la de regular de modo continuo la du-racin de la rampa de disminucin de la corriente alsoltar del pulsador portaelectrodo.
7 - REGULADOR PRE GAS
Regulacin (Rif.7 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) del tiempode retraso del cebado del arco con respecto al gasque debe llegar al portaelectrodo para proteger elbao de soldadura. Tiempo regulable de 0,1 a 1 se-gundo.
9 - UNIN SALIDA GAS
Conectar a esta unin (Rif.9 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) eltubo de gas que va al porta electrodo, cerrndolo afondo.

1. Introducir en esta unin (Rif.12 - Figura 2 Pgina 4.) el tubode gas procedente de la bombona y cerrarlo con una abra-zadera.
El apretamiento defectuoso de estas dos conexiones puedecausar prdidas de potencia y recalentamiento.
NB: El generador cuenta con un dispositivo (Antisticking) que per-mite separar el electrodo de la pieza con facilidad cuando se pegao hay un cortocircuito en la salida. Como se activa al dar corrienteal generador, este dispositivo ya est activo durante el diagnst-
ico inicial, por lo que identifica como anomala cualquier carga ocortocircuito que se produce en esta fase e inhabilita la potenciade salida.
4.0 MANTENIMIENTO
ATENCIN: DESCONECTAR EL ENCHUFE Y DEJAR PASAR- UNOS 5 MINUTOS ANTES DE INICIAR EL MANTENIMIENTO.LA FRECUENCIA DE MANTENIMIENTO HA DE AUMENTAREN CONDICIONES DURAS DEUSO.Cada tres (3) meses:
a. Sustituir las etiquetas ilegibles.
b. Limpiar y apretar los terminales de soldadura.
c. Sustituir los tubos de gas que estn daados.
d. Reparar o sustituir los cables de soldadura que estn daados.
e. Hacer sustituir, por personal especializado, el cable de alimen-tacin si est daado.
Cada seis (6) meses:
Limpiar el polvo dentro del generador con aire seco.
Limpiar el polvo con mayor frecuencia si el ambiente de trabajo espolvoriento.

Durante la soldadura la corriente de salida se corta de repente, el led amarillo se enciende.
Si ha disparado la proteccin trmica de so-bretemperatura (Vase el apartado ciclo de trabajo).
Dejar el generador encendido de 10 a 15 minutos hasta que se enfre y vuelve a encenderse el led amarillo.
Baja potencia de soldadura.Los cables de salida estn mal conectados.Falta una fase.

CHE
1.1 DESCRIZIONE
Limpianto un moderno generatore di corrente continua per lasaldatura di metalli, nato grazie allapplicazione dellinverter. Que-sta particolare tecnologia ha permesso la costruzione di genera-tori compatti e leggeri, con prestazioni ad alto livello. Possibilit diregolazioni, alto rendimento e consumo energetico contenuto nefanno un ottimo mezzo di lavoro, adatto a saldature con elettrodorivestito e GTAW (TIG).
1.2 CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE

IMPORTANTE: VERIFICARE CHE LA SORGENTE DI ALI-MENTAZIONE SODDISFI I REQUISITI DI CUI SOPRA. IL SU-PERAMENTO DELLA TENSIONE INDICATA PUDANNEGGIARE LA SALDATRICE E ANNULLARE LA GA-RANZIA.
1.3 ACCESSORI
Consultare gli agenti di zona o il rivenditore.
1.4 DUTY CYCLE
Il duty cycle la percentuale di 10 minuti che la saldatrice pu sal-dare alla sua corrente nominale, considerando una temperaturaambiente di 40 C, senza lintervento della protezione termostati-ca. Se questa dovesse intervenire, si consiglia di aspettare alme-no 15 minuti in modo che la saldatrice possa raffreddarsi e primadi saldare ancora ridurre la corrente o il duty cycle (Vedi pag. IV).
1.5 CURVE VOLT - AMPERE
Le curve Volt-Ampere mostrano la massima corrente e tensionedi uscita che in grado di erogare la saldatrice (Vedi pag. IV).
2.0 INSTALLAZIONE
IMPORTANTE: PRIMA DI COLLEGARE, PREPARARE O UTI-LIZZARE L'ATTREZZATURA, LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE ILCAPITOLO 1.0 PRESCRIZIONI DI SICUREZZA.
2.1 CONNESSIONE DELLA SALDATRICE ALLA RETE DI ALIMENTAZIONE
Disattivare la saldatrice durante il processo di saldatura potrebbecausare seri danni alla stessa.
Accertarsi che la presa d'alimentazione sia dotata del fusibile in-dicato nella tabella tecnica posta sul generatore. Tutti i modelli digeneratore prevedono una compensazione delle variazioni di re-te. Per variazione 10% si ottiene una variazione della corrente disaldatura del 0,2%.
SELETTORE DACCENSIONE: Questo interuttore hadue posizioni I = ACCESO - O = SPENTO.
2.2 MOVIMENTAZIONE E TRASPORTO DEL GENERATORE
PROTEZIONE OPERATORE: CASCO - GUANTI - SCARPE DISICUREZZA.
LA SALDATRICE NON SUPERA IL PESO DI 25 KG. E PU ES-SERE SOLLEVATA DALLOPERATORE. LEGGERE BENE LEPRESCRIZIONI SEGUENTI.La saldatrice stata progettata per il sollevamento e il trasporto.Il trasporto dellattrezzatura semplice ma deve essere compiutorispettando le regole qui riportate:
1. Tali operazioni possono essere eseguite per mezzo dellamaniglia presente sul generatore.
2. Scollegare dalla rete di tensione il generatore e tutti gli ac-cessori dallo stesso, prima del sollevamento o spostamento.
3. Lattrezzatura non devessere sollevata, trascinata o tiratacon lausilio dei cavi di saldatura o di alimentazione.
2.3 COLLEGAMENTO PREPARAZIONE ATTREZZATURA PER SALDATURA CON ELETTRODO RIVESTITO
SPEGNERE LA SALDATRICE PRIMA DI ESEGUIRE LE CON-NESSIONI.
Collegare accuratamente gli accessori di saldatura onde evitareperdite di potenza. Attenersi scrupolosamente alle prescrizioni disicurezza capitolo 1.0
1. Montare sulla pinza porta elettrodo, l'elettrodo scelto.2. Collegare il connettore del cavo di massa al morsetto rapido
negativo e la pinza dello stesso vicino alla zona da saldare.3. Collegare il connettore della pinza porta elettrodo al morsetto
rapido positivo.4. Il collegamento di questi due connettori cos effettuato, dar
come risultato una saldatura con polarit diretta; per avereuna saldatura con polarit inversa, invertire il collegamento.
5. Posizionare il selettore modalit (Rif. 5 - Figura 1 Pagina 3.) susaldatura con elettrodi rivestiti.
6. Regolare la corrente di saldatura tramite il selettore ampe-raggio (Rif. 3 - Figura 1 Pagina 3.) .
7. Accendere il generatore premendo linteruttore luminoso.
2.4 COLLEGAMENTO PREPARAZIONE ATTREZZATURA PER SALDATURA GTAW (TIG).
SPEGNERE LA SALDATRICE PRIMA DI ESEGUIRE LE CON-NESSIONI.
Collegare accuratamente gli accessori di saldatura onde evitareperdite di potenza o fughe di gas pericolose. Attenersi scrupolo-samente alle prescrizioni di sicurezza capitolo 1.0.
1. Montare sulla torcia porta elettrodo l'elettrodo e l'ugello gui-da-gas scelti. (Controllare sporgenza e stato della puntadell'elettrodo).
2. Collegare il connettore del cavo di massa al morsetto rapidopositivo (+) e la pinza dello stesso vicino alla zona da saldare.
3. Collegare il connettore del cavo di potenza della torcia almorsetto rapido negativo (-). Collegare il connettore del pul-

Per ottenere la condizione di saldatura a TIG manuale, posiziona-re il selettore modalit di saldatura (Rif.5 - Figura 1 Pagina 3.) nel-la posizione
Regolare la durata del tempo di discesa con il potenziometro re-golatore time/slope down (Rif.6 - Figura 1 Pagina 3.) .
2.6 SALDADURA GTAW (TIG) AUTOMATICA.
Per ottenere la condizione di saldatura a TIG automatica , posizio-nare il selettore modalit di saldatura (Rif.5 - Figura 1 Pagina 3.)nella posizione
Regolare la durata del tempo di discesa con il potenziometro re-golatore time/slope down (Rif.6 - Figura 1 Pagina 3.) .
3.0 FUNZIONI
3.1 PANNELLO ANTERIORE

1 - INTERRUTTORE DACCENSIONE Questo in-terruttore (Rif.1 - Figura 1 Pagina 3.) ha due posi-zioni : I = ACCESO - O = SPENTO.
2 - REGOLATORE POST GAS Regolazione (Rif.2- Figura 1 Pagina 3.) del tempo di ritardo dello spe-gnimento del gas rispetto allo spegnimento dellarcodi saldatura. Tempo regolabile da 2 a 20 secondi.
3 - SELETTORE AMPERAGGIO Selezionare con ilpomello (Rif.3 - Figura 1 Pagina 3.) la corrente ne-cessaria per la saldatura.
4 - SPIA SURRISCALDAMENTO L'accensione delled giallo (Rif.4 - Figura 1 Pagina 3.) posto sul pan-nello anteriore, indica un surriscaldamento dell'ap-parecchiatura causato da un eccessivo ciclo dilavoro. In tal caso interrompere l'operazione di sal-datura, lasciando acceso il generatore, fino allo spe-gnimento della spia che indica una normalizzazionedella temperatura.
5 - SELETTORE MODALIT DI SALDATURA Se-lezionare con il pomello (Rif.5 - Figura 1 Pagina 3.)il modo di saldatura desiderato.
Saldadura GTAW (TIG) manuale.
Apparecchiatura predisposta per saldatura GTAW(TIG) con rampa di discesa (Slope Down).
Premere il pulsante torcia per inserire la corrente disaldatura, al rilascio si avr una diminuzione gra-duale della corrente (discesa) fino allo spegnimen-to.
Saldadura GTAW (TIG) automatica.
Il pulsante funziona a quattro effetti.
La prima pressione sul pulsante torcia inserisce ilflusso gas, al rilascio si inserisce la corrente di sal-datura.
La seconda pressione sul pulsante torcia inseriscela rampa di discesa (Diminuzione graduale dellacorrente di saldatura fino allo spegnimento), al rila-scio si interrompe la corrente di saldatura.
Apparecchiatura predisposta per la saldatura adelettrodi rivestiti.
6 - REGOLATORE SLOPE DOWN
La funzione di questo regolatore (Rif.6 - Figura 1Pagina 3.) (Slope Down) programmabile da 0.2 a10 secondi, di regolare in modo continuo la duratadella rampa di diminuzione della corrente, al rilasciodel pulsante torcia.
7 - REGOLATORE PRE GAS
Regolazione (Rif.7 - Figura 1 Pagina 3.) del tempodi ritardo dellinnesco dellarco rispetto al gas chedeve arrivare in torcia per proteggere il bagno di sal-datura. Tempo regolabile da 0,1 a 1 secondo.
9 - RACCORDO USCITA GAS
Collegare a questo raccordo (Rif.9 - Figura 1 Pagina3.) il tubo gas diretto alla torcia portaelettrodo, ser-randolo a fondo.

IL SERRAGGIO DIFETTOSO DI QUESTE DUE CONNESSIONIPOTR DAR LUOGO A PERDITE DI POTENZA E SURRISCAL-DAMENTO.NB: il generatore provvisto di un dispositivo (Antisticking) che di-sabilita la potenza in caso di cortocircuito in uscita o di incollaggiodellelettrodo e permette di staccarlo facilmente dal pezzo. Questodispositivo entra in funzione quando viene alimentato il generato-re, quindi anche durante il periodo di verifica iniziale, per cui un
qualsiasi inserimento di carico o cortocircuito in questo periodo,viene visto come unanomalia che causa la disabilitazione dellapotenza in uscita.
4.0 MANUTENZIONE
ATTENZIONE: SCOLLEGARE LA SPINA DI ALIMENTAZIONEE QUINDI ATTENDERE ALMENO 5 MINUTI PRIMA DI EFFET-TUARE QUALUNQUE INTERVENTO DI MANUTENZIONE. LAFREQUENZA DI MANUTENZIONE DEVE ESSERE AUMENTA-TA IN CONDIZIONI GRAVOSE DI UTILIZZO.Ogni tre ( 3) mesi eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
a. Sostituire le etichette che non sono leggibili.
b. Pulire e serrare i terminali di saldatura.
c. Sostituire i tubi gas danneggiati.
d. Riparare o sostituire i cavi di saldatura danneggiati.
e. Far sostituire da personale specializzato il cavo di alimentazio-ne qualora risulti danneggiato.
Ogni sei (6) mesi eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
Pulire dalla polvere linterno del generatore utilizzando un gettodaria secca.
Incrementare la frequenza di questa operazione quando si operain ambienti molto polverosi.
5.0 TIPI DI GUASTO / DIFETTI DI SALDATURA - CAUSE POSSIBILI - CONTROLLI E RIMEDI

Durante il lavoro di saldatura improvvisa-mente la corrente in uscita si interrompe, si spegne il led verde e si accende il led giallo.
Si verificata una sovratemperatura ed intervenu-ta la protezione termica (Vedere i cicli di lavoro).
Lasciare il generatore acceso e attendere che si raffreddi (10-15 minuti) fino al ripristino della protezione e relativo spegnimento del led giallo.
Potenza di saldatura ridotta.Cavi di collegamento in uscita non allacciati corret-tamente.
Controllare lintegrit dei cavi, che la pinza di massa sia sufficiente e che sia applicata sul pezzo da saldare pulito da ruggine, vernice o grasso.
Spruzzi eccessivi.Arco di saldatura lungo.Corrente di saldatura elevata.
Polarit torcia non corretta.Abbassare il valore della corrente impostata.
Crateri. Allontanamento rapido dellelettrodo in staccata.

Penetrazione insufficiente. Velocit di avanzamento elevata. Corrente di saldatura troppo bassa.

1.1 BESCHREIBUNG
Bei dieser Anlage handelt es sich um einen modernen Gleich-stromgenerator zum Schweissen von Metall, der dankder Anwen-dung des lnverters entstand. Diese besondere Technologieermoglicht den Bau kompakter und leichter Generatoren mit aus-gezeichneter Arbeitsleistung. Einstellmoglichkeiten, Leistung undEnergieverbrauch machen aus dieser Anlage ein ausgezeichne-tes Arbeitsmittel, das fr Schweissarbeiten mit Mantel- elektrodenund GTAW (TIG) geeignet ist.

1.4 ARBEITSZYKLUS
Der duty cycle ist der Prozentanteil von 10 Minuten, fr dessenDauer das Schweissgert bei Nennstrom und einer Umgebungs-temperatur von 40C schweissen kann, ohne dass der Wrmes-chutzschalter ausgelst wird. Bei Ansprechen desWrmeschutzschalters empfiehlt es sich, mindestens 15 Minutenzu warten, damit das Schweissgert abkhlen kann. Bevor da-nach wieder geschweisst wird, sollte die Stromstrke oder derduty cycle reduziert werden. Sehen Sie Seite IV.

2.0 INSTALLATION

2.1 NETZANSCHLU DES GENERATORS
HINWEIS - Eine Abschaltung whrend des Schweivorgangskann das Gert stark beschdigen.
berprfen, ob der Stromanschlu entsprechend der Angabe aufdem Leistungsschild der Maschine abgesichert ist. Alle Modellesind fr die Kompensation von Schwankungen der Netzspannungausgelegt. Bei Schwankungen von 10% ergibt sich eine nder-ung des Schweistroms von 0,2%.
ZNSCHALTER: Diese Schalter hat zwei Stellungen: I= EIN - O = AUS
2.2 HANDLING UND TRANSPORTDES GENERATORS
PERSNLICHE SCHUTZAUSRSTUNG DES BEDIENERS:SCHUTZHELM - SCHUTZHANDSCHUHE - SICHERHEITSS-CHUHE.
DAS SCHWEIGERT WIEGT NICHT MEHR ALS 25 KG UNDKANN VOM BEDIENER ANGEHOBEN WERDEN. DIE NACH-FOLGENDEN VORSCHRIFTEN AUFMERKSAM DURCHLES-EN.Das Gert wurde fr ein Anheben und Transportieren entworfenund gebaut. Werden folgende Regeln eingehalten, so ist einTransportieren einfach mglich:
1. Das Gert kann am darauf befindlichen Griff angehoben wer-den.
2. Vor Heben oder Bewegen ist das Schweigert vom Strom-netz zu trennen und sind die angeschlossenen Kabel abzu-nehmen.
3. Das Gert darf nicht an seinen Kabeln angehoben oder berden Boden geschleift werden.
2.3 VORBEREITUNG ZUM SCHWEISSEN MIT UMHLLT-EN ELEKTRODEN.
VOR DURCHFHRUNG DER ANSCHLSSE MUSS DAS SCH-WEISSGERT AUSGESCHALTET WERDEN.Das Schweizubehr fest anschlieen, um Energieverlustezu vermeiden. Die Unfallverhtungsvorschriften aus Kapitel1.0 streng einhalten.
1. Die gewnschte Elektrode auf die Schweisszange aufset-zen.
2. Verbinder des Massekabels in die Schnellverschluss-Minus-klemme stecken und die Werkstckzwinge nahe dem Bear-beitungsbereich anklemmen.
3. Verbinder des Schweisszangenkabels in die Schnellver-schluss-Plusklemme (+).
4. Der so durchgefhrte Anschluss dieser zwei Verbinder ergibtals Resultat eine Schweissung mit direkter Polung; um eineSchweissung mit umgekehrter Polung zu erzielen, den An-schluss vertauschen.
5. Stellung des Whlschalters der Schweissbetriebsart aufSchweissbetrieg mit (Siehe 5 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) Mantelelekt-roden.
6. Die Stromstrke des Schweissstromes mit dem Stromstrk-enregler einstellen (Siehe 3 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) .
7. Den Generator durch Drehen des Start - Stopknopfes ein-schalten.

FUNKTION DEDas Schweisszubehr sorgfltig anschliessen, um Leis-tungsverluste und das Austreten gefhrlicher Gase zu ver-meiden. Die Unfallverhtungsvorschriften aus Kapitel 1.0streng einhalten.
1. Die gewhlte Elektrode und Gasdse am Elektrodenhalter -Brenner montieren (Ausladung und Zustand der Elektroden-spitzen kontrollieren).
2. Den Verbinder des Erdungskabels mit der Positiv-Schnell-klemme (+) und der Zangederselben in der Nhe desSchweiss-bereiches verbinden.
3. Den Verbinder des Leistungskabels des Brenners mit derNegativschnellklemme verbinden (-) . Schlauchpakett andden entsprechenden Anschluss anschliessen (Siehe 10 -Bild 1 Seite 3.)
ACHTUNG: DER SO ANGESCHLOSSENE MASSEKABEL-VERBINDER UND DER BRENNERLEISTUNG GEBEN ALS RE-SULTAT EINE SCHWEISSUNG MIT DIREKTER POLARITAT.DIESER GENERATOR IST NICHT GEEIGNET, UM FUR GTAW(TIG) SCHWEISSUNG MIT INVERSER POLARITAT ZU FUNK-TIONIEREN.4. In dieses Verbindungsstck (Siehe 12 - Bild 2 Seite 4.) das
Gasrohr, das von der Bombe kommt, Whlschalter eisetzenund es mit einem Band gut schliessen.
5. Das Gasrohr des Brenners an das Gasausgangaverbin-dungsstck (Gas out) (Siehe 9 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) (VorderesBrett) .
6. Den Generator anznden, indem man den Leuchtschalterdrckt (Siehe 1 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) .
7. Die gewnschte Modalitt whlen (Siehe 5 - Abb. 1 Seite 3) .8. Kontrollieren, dass keine Gasentweichungen sind.9. Mit dem (Siehe 3 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) die Amperage des
Schweissstroms regulieren.
2.5 MANUELLES GTAW (TIG) SCHWEISSEN.
Um die Bedingung fr manuelles TIG - Schweissen zu bekom-men, muss man den Whlschalter - Schweissmodalitt (Siehe 5- Bild 1 Seite 3.) in Stellung bringen.
Die Zeitdauer des Abstiegs mit dem Potentiometer Regler time/slope down (Siehe 6 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) regulieren.
2.6 AUTOMATISCHES GTAW (TIG) SCHWEISSEN.
Um die Bedingung fr automatisches TIG- Schweissen zu bekom-men, muss man den Whlschalter - Schweissmodalitt (Siehe 5 -Bild 1 Seite 3.) in Stellung bringen.
Die Zeitdauer des Abstiegs mit dem Poten tiometer Regler time/slope down (Siehe 6 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) .
3.0 FUNKTION
3.1 FRONT PANEEL
1 - ZUNDSCHALTER Dieser Schalter hat zweiPosizionen (Siehe 1 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) : I = ZUN-DUNG - O = ABGESCHALTET.
2 - POST-GAS REGULATOR Regulierung (Siehe 2- Bild 1 Seite 3.) der Versptungszeit des Gasabls-chens im Bezug auf die Ablschung des Schweiss-bogens. Regulierbare Zeit von 2 bis 20 sec.
3 - WAHLSCHALTER AMPERAGE Mit dem Griff(Siehe 3 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) die Menge des zumSchweissen ntigen Stroms whlen.

4 - UBERHITZUNGSLEUCHTE Das Aufleuchtendes gelben Leds (Siehe 4 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) auf demvorderen Brett, gibt Apparatberthitzung an, bewirktvon zu starken Arbeitszyklus.In diesem Fall dasSchweissen unterbrochen, den Generator ange-dreht lassen bis sich die Kontrollleuchte abschaltet,die die Normalisation der Temperatur angibt.
5 - WAHLSCHALTER SCHWEISS MODALITATMit den Griff (Siehe 5 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) das ge-wnschte Schweissen einstellen.
MANUELLES GTAW (TIG) SCHWEISSEN.
Apparat fr GTAW (TIG) Schweissen mit Abfahrts-rampe (Slope Down) vorbereiten.
Den Brennerdruckknopf drcken, um den Schweis-sstrom einzusetzen, beim Auslassen hat man eineallmhliche verminderung des Stroms (Abstieg) biszum Ablschen.
AUTOMATISCHES GTAW (TIG) SCHWEISSEN.
Der Druckknopf funktioniert mit vier Effekten.
Der erste Druck auf dem Brennerdruckknopf setztden Gasfluss ein, beim Auflassen setzt derSchweissstrom ein.
Der zweite Druck auf dem Brennerdruckknopf setztdie Abstiegsrampe ein (allmhliche Verminderungdes Schweissstroms bis zum Auslschen. BeimAuslassen unterbricht der Schweissstrom.
Apparat fr Schweissen mit umhllten Elektroden.
6 - SLOPE DOWN REGULATOR
Die Funktion dieses Regulators (Siehe 6 - Bild 1Seite 3.) (Slope Down) programmierbar von 0.2 bis10 Sek., ist diejenige, die Dauer der Verminde-rungsrampe des Stroms auf kontinuerliche Weisebiem Freilassen des Brennerdrukknopfes zu regu-lieren.

9 - GASAUSGANG VERBINDUNGSSTUCK
Das zum Brennerfhrende Gasrohr an diesesVerb.-Stck anschliessen (Siehe 9 - Bild 1 Seite 3.)und gut schliessen.
10 - STECKDOSE BRENNERDRUCKKNOPF (Sie-he 10 - Bild 1 Seite 3.) .
3.2 HINTERE TAFEL

1. Das Gasrohr, das von der Gaasflasche kommt, in diesen An-schluss einzufhzen und es mit einer Schanchklemme anzu-ziehen (Siehe 12 - Bild 2 Seite 4.)
Schlechter Sitz dieser Anschlsse fhrt zu Leistungsverlustenund berhitzung.
N.B.: Der Generator ist mit einer Vorrichtung (Antisticking) ausge-stattet, die im Falle eines Ausgangs-Kurzschlusses oder bei Ver-kleben der Elektrode die Stromzufhr unterbricht und gestattet,die Elektrode problem los vom Werkstiick zu entfernen. DieseVorrichtung wird aktiviert, sobald der Generator mit Strom ver-sorgt wird, d.h. auch whrend des an fnglichen Betriebstests,weshalb jede Einschaltung von Ladung bzw. Kunschluss in dieserZeit als Betriebsstorung angesehen wird, die Deaktivierung derAusgangs-Leistung bewirkt.
4.0 WARTUNG
ACHTUNG: DEN NETZSTECKER ZIEHEN UND VOR DER DU-RCHFHRUNG VON WARTUNGSEINGRIFFEN MINDESTENS5 MINUTEN WARTEN. IM FALLE VON BESONDERS SCHWI-ERIGEN EINSATZBEDINGUNGEN MUSS DIE MASCHINEHUFIGER GEWARTET WERDEN.Alle drei (3) Monate folgende Eingriffe vornehmen:
a. Unleserliche Etiketten auswechseln.
b. Die Schweianschlsse reinigen und anziehen.
c. Schadhafte Gasschluche auswechseln.
d. Schadhafte Schweikabel reparieren oder auswechseln.
e. Falls das Netzkabel Schadstellen aufweist, lassen Sie es vonFachpersonal auswechseln.
Alle sechs (6) Monate folgende Eingriffe vornehmen:
Das Innere des Generators mit einem trockenen Druckluftstrahlvon Staub befreien.
Wenn in besonders staubiger Umgebung gearbeitet wird, mussdieser Vorgang hufiger durchgefhrt werden.

Der Generator schweit nicht: das Digitalin-strument ist nicht beleuchtet.
A) Der Hauptschalter ist nicht eingeschaltet.B) Unterbrochenes Netzkabel (Fehlen einer oder mehrerer Phasen).C) Sonstiges
A) Hauptschalter einschalten.B) Kontrollieren und beheben.C) Vom Kundendienst kontrollieren lassen.
Whrend des Schweivorgangs wird der Aus-gangsstrom unvermittelt unterbrochen, die grne LED erlischt und die gelbe LED leuchtet auf.
Das Gert hat sich berhitzt und der Wrmes-chutzschalter wurde ausgelst. (Siehe Arbe-itszyklen).
Den Generator eingeschaltet lassen und abwarten, bis er abgekhlt ist (10-15 Minuten) und der Schutzschalter rck-gesetzt wird und die gelbe LED erlischt.
Der Generator schweit nicht: die grne LED bleibt auch bei Leerlauf eingeschaltet.
Im Schaltkreis des Generators liegt ein Prob-lem vor.
Vom Kundendienst kontrollieren lassen.
Reduzierte Schweileistung.Ausgangs-Verbindungskabel nicht korrekt an-geschlossen.Fehlen einer Phase.
Die Unversehrtheit der Kabel berprfen. Sicherstellen, dass die Erdungszange ausreichend ist und am Sch-weistck angebracht ist, das frei von Rost, Lack oder Fett sein muss.

1.1 DESCRIO
A mquina um moderno gerador de corrente contnua para asoldadura de metais, originada graas aplicao do inverter.Esta particular tecnologia permite a construo de geradorescompactos e leves, com prestaes de alto nvel. A possibilidadede funcionamento com baixo consumo energtico e alto rendi-mento transformamna num ptimo meio de trabalho, adaptado asoldadoras com elctrodos revestidos e GTAW(TIG).
1.2 CARACTERSTICAS TCNICA

1.4 CICLO DE TRABALHO
O ciclo de trabalho a percentagem de um intervalo de 10 minu-tos durante os quais a soldadora pode soldar sua corrente no-minal, temperatura ambiente de 40 C, sem que intervenha odispositivo de proteco termosttica. Se o dispositivo intervir,convm aguardar pelo menos 15 minutos para permitir o arrefeci-mento da soldadora; antes de iniciar a soldar reduza a ampera-gem ou a durao do ciclo (Vide pgina IV).
1.5 DIAGRAMA VOLTS - AMPRES
As curvas do diagrama Volts - Ampres ilustram a corrente e ten-so de sada mximas que o aparelho pode debitar (Vide pginaIV).
2.0 INSTALAO
IMPORTANTE: ANTES DE LIGAR, PREPARAR OU UTILIZARO EQUIPAMENTO, LER ATENTAMENTE O CAPTULO 1.0NORMAS DE SEGURANA.
2.1 LIGAES DA SOLDADORA REDE DE ALIMENTA-O
Desactivar a soldadora durante o processo de soldadura po-der causar mesma srios danos.
Certificarse que a tomada de alimentao seja dotada de fusvelindicado na tabela tcnica colocada no gerador. Todos os mode-los de gerador prevem uma compensao das variaes de re-de. Para variaes 10% obtem-se uma variao da corrente desoldadura de 0,2%.
SELECTOR DE COMBUSTO: Este interruptor temduas posies I = LIGADO - O = DESLIGADO.
2.2 MOVIMENTAO E TRANSPORTE DO GERADOR
PROTECO DO OPERADOR: CAPACETE LUVAS SAPA-TOS DE SEGURANA.
A SOLDADORA NO PESA MAIS DE 25 KG. E PODE SER LE-VANTADA PELO OPERADOR. DEVE LER BEM AS NORMASSEGUINTES.A soldadora foi projectada para ser levantada e transportada. Otransporte do aparelho simples mas devem-se respeitar as se-guintes regras:
1. As operaes podem ser executadas por meio da manilhapresente no gerador.
2. Separar da rede de tenso o gerador e todos os acessriosdo mesmo, antes da elevao e da deslocao do local.
3. A mquina no deve ser elevada, movida ou puxada com oauxlio de cabos de soldadura ou de alimentao.
2.3 LIGAO PREPARAO DO EQUIPAMENTO PARA SOLDADURA COM ELCTRODO REVESTIDO.
DESLIGAR A SOLDADORA ANTES DE EXECUTAR AS LI-GAES.
Ligar cuidadosamente os acessrios de soldadora para evitarperdas de potncia. Seguir escrupulosamente as normas de se-gurana do captulo 1.0.
1. Monte na pina porta elctrodo o elctrodo adequado. 2. Ligue o conector do cabo de ligao terra no terminal rp-
ido negativo (-) e a pina do mesmo prximo zona a soldar. 3. Ligue o conector da pina porta elctrodo no terminal rpido
positivo (+). 4. A ligao destes dois conectores efectuada como descrito,
permite soldar com polaridade directa; para soldar com pola-ridade inversa, preciso inverter a ligao.
5. Posicione o selector de modo (Ref.5 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.)para soldar com elctrodos revestidos.
6. Regule a corrente de soldadura mediante o selector de am-peragem (Ref.3 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.)
7. Ligue o gerador pressionando o interruptor luminoso.
2.4 LIGAO: PREPARAO DO EQUIPAMENTO PARA SOLDADURA GTAW ( TIG ) .
DESLIGUE A SOLDADORA ANTES DE EFECTUAR AS LIGA-ES

1. Monte no maarico porta elctrodo o elctrodo e o bico degs adequados. (Controle quanto a ponta do elctrodo so-bressai e o estado da mesma).
2. Ligue o conector do cabo de ligao terra no terminal rp-ido positivo (+) e a pina do mesmo prximo zona a soldar.
3. Ligue o conector do cabo de potncia do maarico no termi-nal rpido negativo (-) . Ligue o conector do boto do maar-ico na relativa tomada (Ref.10 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) .
ATENO: A LIGAO DO CONECTOR DO CABO DE LIGA-O TERRA E DE POTNCIA EFECTUADA DESTA MANEI-RA, PERMITE SOLDAR COM POLARIDADE DIRECTA. ESTEGERADOR NO ADAPTO A FUNCIONAR NA MODALIDADEDE SOLDADURA GTAW (TIG) COM POLARIDADE INVERSA. 4. Insira nesta unio (Ref.12 - Figura 2 Pgina 4.) o tubo de gs
proveniente da botija e aperte-o com uma braadeira paratubos.
5. Ligue o tubo de gs do maarico na unio de sada do gs(Gas out) (Painel anterior) (Ref.9 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) .
6. Ligue o interruptor luminoso (Ref.1 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) .7. Seleccione a modalidade de soldadura desejada (Ref.5 - Fi-
gura 1 Pgina 3.) .8. Controle eventuais fugas de gs. 9. Regule a amperagem da corrente de soldadura mediante o
potencimetro (Ref.3 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.).
2.5 SOLDADURA GTAW (TIG) MANUAL.
Para escolher a funo de soldadura TIG manual, posicione o se-lector de modo (Ref.5 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) na posio correspon-dente
Regule a durao do tempo de descida com o potencimetro re-gulador Time/Slope Down (Ref.6 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) .
2.6 SOLDADURA GTAW (TIG) AUTOMTICA.
Para escolher a funo de soldadura TIG automtica, posicione oselector de modo (Ref.5 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) na posio corres-pondente
Regule a durao do tempo de descida com o potencimetro re-gulador Time/Slope Down (Ref.6 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) .
3.0 FUNES
3.1 PAINEL ANTERIOR
1 - INTERRUPTOR DE LIGAO Este interruptor(Ref.1 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) tem duas posies: I =LIGADO - O = DESLIGADO.
2 - REGULADOR POST GS Regule (Ref.2 - Figu-ra 1 Pgina 3.) o tempo de atraso do desligamentodo gs em relao interrupo do arco de solda-dura. O tempo pode ser regulado entre 2 e 20 se-gundos.
3 - SELECTOR DE AMPERAGEM Seleccione como boto (Ref.3 - Figura 1 Pgina 3.) a corrente ne-cessria soldadura.
4 - LED DE SINALIZAO DE SUPERAQUECI-MENTO O acendimento do LED amarelo (Ref.4 - Fi-gura 1 Pgina 3.) situado no painel anterior, indicao superaquecimento do aparelho causado por umciclo de trabalho excessivo.
