• Our Ticketing system allows us to send a survey after every event to the e-mail addresses of ticket purchasers.

• We can control the number and wording of the questions.

• We get on average 500 responses every event.

• Need more retail/restaurants in vicinity of Convention Center (drug stores, dry cleaners, shoe repair, etc.) • More direct flights from Tulsa Airport • Increased CVB contribution % to overall Convention Center business • Downturn in national economy impacting overall conventions and meeting business •Convincing state-wide meetings and conventions to rotate between OKC and Tulsa • Need more City wide convention business; Bassmaster type events
