Mr. Page is the director of the Prehospital Care Research Forum at UCLA and active field paramedic with Allina Health EMS in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.

He serves as the current and founding chair of the International Paramedic Registry assessment and credentialing board. He has over 34 years of continuous EMS street experience.Mr. Page holds a Master of Science degree in education from Minnesota State University. He is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer and PhD candidate at Monash University, in Melbourne, Australia. He helped create, coordinate, and teach the Inver Hills Community College’s paramedic degree program for 24 years. Mr. Page is international affiliate faculty and a member of education committee for the National Association of EMTs (NAEMT). He is a site visitor for the Committee on Accreditation of EMS Programs, and senior facilitator for the NAEMSE and CoAEMSP evaluation workshop, and NREMT Scenario Development workshop.Mr. Page is an award winning national and international speaker. He was awarded the NAEMT President’s award in 2017, the prestigious Pinnacle National Leadership Award in 2016, and the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities “Educator of the Year” award in 2011. He was also recognized as one of the 2012 EMS 10 Innovators for his role in creating the Saint Paul Fire Department’s EMS academy and Freedom House BLS unit, a project focused on helping low-income inner-city youth succeed.A native of Mexico, Mr. Page continues to be involved in the development of EMS internationally. Dr. Lee Trotter was born and raised in Long Beach, California. Lee is married and a father of 5 children and is a grandfather to six grandchildren. Dr. Trotter is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of South Dakota, Physician with Utah Surgical Associates, and pediatric surgery/trauma physician for Mountain Star Health. His years of experience include advanced laparoscopy, adult trauma, and surgery level 1, endoscopy, and plastic surgery. He recently worked at a level 1 pediatric trauma facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr.

Chris has a passion for our craft and loves learning and mentoring all things FIRE, RESCUE & EMS. He has been in uniform for 22 years; first in service to our country

and now as a Fire / Medic / HRT member. As a proud combat veteran and adjunct with the Utah Fire Rescue Academy, Chris has a long history of mentoring ‐ teaching everything from FF 1 and FF 2 (PPE, ropes and knots, fire attack, extrication), heliborne rappel, marksmanship, martial arts, pharmacology, trauma, physiology, to mass casualty incident (MCI) response, cardiology, football and volleyball. Jason serves as the EMS Manager for the Texas Department of Public Safety, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, Office of the Chief of Staff. Prior to working for DPS, he was the Chief Operating Officer for MedicOne Medical Response, which is a national ambulance transport company where he was previously the National Vice President of Clinical Services. He previously worked as full-time Firefighter Paramedic for the Arlington Fire Department for 10 years where he also served as the EMS Clinical Coordinator for three years. Jason has been an active commissioned police officer and Tactical Paramedic since 1997, currently commissioned as a sheriff deputy in Williamson County, TX. J. Scott Quirarte is a Battalion Chief with the Ventura County Fire Department. He is a lead member of the Ventura County Interagency Active Shooter Hostile Event Response Workgroup. the Bleed. Chief Quirarte is the board chair for the International Public Safety Association (IPSA) and member of the RTF and TEMS committee.
