We want to invite you to this event to make you aware of Snook, the work we do and the work we hope to do, as we see you as one of our future partners in helping to support Scotland through an important transition. We have expertise in service

design and engagement and have built a thriving business through that. However, service design was really just the beginning and definitely doesn’t have all the

answers! We believe that today’s global, financial and social crises are breeding wicked problems like never before and these challenges demand collaboration, innovation, creativity and new thinking not only in public services but throughout

entire systems.

Why is this important?For the next 5 years, Snook intend to work in a systemic way that will enable some of the practices and innovations we’ve developed to be embedded, tested and scaled in communities across Scotland. Working with central government, local government and public service organisations, as partners, and co-collaborators, we will provide organisations with a practical way of ‘doing’ innovation that must happen alongside strategic leadership to enable services to change and transform. We want to share our learnings and experiences with you and explore how we can move forward together.

And of course, we want to have a meaningful conversation about actions we can all take to help design and innovation flourish in Scotland.
