Which of these bookmarks would you
like to save for yourself?
Click on picture to open web page
Each bookmark have a title, description and most importantly…..tags
Basic ICT Skills: Saving and sharing resources
What are tags?
Tags are one-word descriptors that can help you to organize, and find them again.
As you choose them yourself they are more relevant
They do not form a hierarchy
You can assign as many tags to a bookmark as you like- the more tags the easier it will be to find again!
So, tagging can be a lot easier and more flexible than fitting your information into preconceived categories or folders.
Basic ICT Skills: Saving and sharing resources
Saving with tags
Search for your favourite topic eg
You can also subscribe to a favourite tag
You can see how popularthe resource is

resource/webpage again To allow others (your
teachers/colleagues..) to find specific bookmarks

this person?2. Do their tags makes sense?3. How can they better
