What is charisma?

Charisma – describes a leader who has a large vision, magnetic style, strong popular support and aspects of extraordinary, superhuman, and supernatural character

Although a society may want to modernize there would be individuals in society who would want to keep it the same because the traditional way is better for them

social programs it is the citizenry who will pay for the changes
