Peter is a veteran senior executive in Hospitality. Recently brought Park Hyatt Shenzhen to the grand opening as the General Manager, Peter has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He began his hospitality career with Hyatt at Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove on Queensland’s Hope Island in 1989, and was leading sales and marketing for Hyatt in Shanghai for 7 years. Before joining Park Hyatt, Peter was GM of the Hong Kong W Hotel.

The years of experiences in hospitality rewarded Peter an insightful understanding of consumers in lifestyle, luxury, and F&B.

He started the retail business for Acker in Hong Kong. Since then, he has continued to follow his passion for learning wines and is halfway through the WSET level 4 Diploma.
