1. GENERAL INFORMATION
General Information section explains in general terms the system and the purpose for which it is
intended.
1.1 SYSTEM OVERVIEW
It provides the proper end to end flow of the procedure. It contains non- functional steps of the
system’s flow. As we have three ways to enter into the system as they are : Through SJMS, E-Mitra and
SSO. Login through SSO. This document contains Anuprati scheme process on citizen level.
Hostel scheme started by the Rajasthan Government. Rajasthan government encourage and
provide economic help to poor but brilliant students belongs to the Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule
Tribe (ST), Special Backward Class (SBC), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Below Poverty Line (BPL)
families for the preparation and then selection in various exams.
Hostel Scheme is another big help to the people from backward categories and the people who
are from tribal community. There are many people from reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC, SBC,
Minority, NT and Tribal communities. There are hostels which are allotted to the student from the
above mentioned categories on merit basis, where they are given the facilities like food, daily need
materials, apparels, rooms and more.
This system will provide online procedure of the Hostel’s whole system which contains flow
from application registration through Old student.
All actions covered by this document which happens during hostel scheme application such as
applying for the scheme, attach documents and then submission.

2. GETTING STARTED
Pre- Requisites :- All Documents should be scanned clearly.
2.1 LOGIN AS OLD STUDENT
Old student who is already registered, can apply through old way of process as appearing below.
Student has to select “Citizen user” as user type and put his login ID, Password.
Old students do not need to click on SSO Login. SSO login will be applied when new user comes up
for registration in the portal.
- Launch web site https://sjms.rajasthan.gov.in/sjms/Login.aspx.
- Click “Citizen SSO Login”.

2.2 LIST OF SCHEMES
- Dasboard will appear on the login of student.
- Click on “List of Schemes” and apply for the scheme.
- List of schemes will expand at left hand side of the screen.

2.3 APPLY SCHEME
- Select “Government and Aided Hostels Schemes” and Click “Apply” of particular scheme.
- Hostel form will get opened with required fields. Enter data for all mandatory items and press
submit. When candidate submit this application, candidate will be considered as selected in the
particular hostel.
- In this page, there is 3 options as :-
o Do you want to continue in the same hostel.
o Do you want to apply for other hostel.
o Do you want to quit hostel.

2.3.1 DO YOU WANT TO CONTINUE IN THE SAME HOSTEL?
User can check this option as he do not want to move in another hostel.
- Select the option of same hostel.
- Attach mark sheet of previous year.
- Put percentage of previous year and years in the same hostel. Then click “submit”
- An alert message will appear after submitting the form.

- System generated application number will be available over the screen.
2.3.2 DO YOU WANT TO APPLY FOR OTHER HOSTEL?
User can check this option as he want to change hostel and going join another hostel.
- Select the option of other hostel.
- Select district from district drop box.
- New hostel name should be selected.
- Attach mark sheet of previous year.
- Put percentage of previous year and years in the same hostel. Then click “submit”
- A system generated message will popped up over the screen for the user for confirmation.
Click Ok and then application number will generate.

- Application number will appear after submitting the form.

2.3.3 DO YOU WANT TO QUIT HOSTEL?
User can quit hostel by selecting this option. While user select third option to quit from
current hostel, and no any other information required for this and user will quit directly.
- User can not stay more than 5 years in the same hostel. In this situation, he has to change
hostel immediately.
- Now click submit.
Once above mentioned procedure completed, system will generate an application number
for particular application. Now logout from the system.
