Attendees will hear about some of State Farm’s best practices in social media and lessons learned throughout the process. Matt Edwards is the Social Media Analyst in Public Affairs in charge of State Farm’s Twitter account where he monitors communications for reputation and customer issues. He works with State Farm’s marketing teams to look for opportunities to leverage social media to gain more exposure for events and open up dialog with customers and potential customers.
