Purpose The main purpose of this research is to study the formation of different secondary groups in AERO-

10 for various project/labs etc. study their performance try to find out which groups performs

better (by choice/ by compulsion) try to find various parameter which effect the choice in by

choice groups

Try to develop a model that can relate all of these parameters quantitatively. And then can be tested

on other classes of IST for verification and improvements.

Methodology: Data will be collected from survey based on online questionnaire. (Online to keep the privacy of

data). A program will be developed that get automatically all the data and encrypted it using

random key, this ensures the privacy of personal data, by randomly changing that fields which

disclose the identity of a person
