Thickness 0.5 mm to 3 mm.

Mainly for steel and galvanised steel.

2 outputs: 1 with unloading robot for fragile or large items.

AUTOMATED STORAGE

Finn Power storage system for raw materials and part-finished itemsManages raw materials and part-finished pieces (before bending). Automatically organises packages of sheet metal before

they reach the machining center and pallets of punched pieces after they have arrived at the center but before they reach

the press brake. This gives our workshop autonomy during production.

Storage system length: 86 m doubled up (making it the 2nd biggest system in France and the 3rd in Europe (the longest is

120 m)

Storage capacity: 420 crates; can increase to 510 crates

1 system can hold 180 trays; floor area 9 m2; 7.35 m high; stores our fasteners and fixings for kits, pre-assembled

DEBURRING MACHINE

1 x Fladder 6-brush multi-direction deburring machine: removes burrs from flat pieces, eliminates rough edges caused bypunching without affecting a piece’s coating.Water filter for deburring aluminium

We have a variety of press brakes and a robotic bending center.

INSPECVISION 3D CHECKING MACHINE

We have an optical scanning 3D checking machine which enablesus to check pieces in 2D, 2.5D and 3D.



PANEL FOLDING MACHINE WITH LOADING ROBOT

A Yaskawa Motoman loading robot with backlit viewing station, angular control camera, hole-checking and integrated turningstation.

PACKAGING

We can also put together kits (containing screws and bolts, cage nuts, inserts, etc.) for assembly. You benefit as you’redealing with fewer bits of stock: we deliver a subassembly and all you need to do is assemble, saving time and money.We have an automated packaging unit with 4 bowls.We also package by hand.

ASSEMBLY AND CRIMPING

We have stations for all stages of assembly or we can simply placeinserts on top of your metalwork so you can easily assemble it in yourown workshops.We have a Haeger B24 crimping machine which can:• Put technical inserts in place.• Insert dowel pins, nuts, support pillars, etc…We have assembly stations with screw guns, rivet guns, etc...As well as finished products, we also put together subassemblies.Assembly can involve :

Manual resistance welding and digitally programmed welding.Manual and robotic TIG/MAG welding.Clinching and riveting.Gluing, sealing.And more…



LABELLING

We can apply labels containing barcodes or any other information you want to include so all your pieces are identified.
