Dear Sir,

To advance our software upgrade project from last year, I below provide you a summary of the

different parts of this project, giving an overview of each part and showing some of the direct

benefits they would bring to IGM.

I have also combined the prices from the earlier offers to one grand total price to aid your

budgeting efforts.

I. Updating current applicationsIGM currently uses version 4 of the Jura applications, which were released more than 3 years

ago. While bug fix updates are always delivered free of charge, Jura has since released version

5 of all applications, which give users a lot of new features (both focusing on making work

easier and faster, and new methods to develop new security design elements and features),

improved performance, better use of resources and new applications.

Some of these new features are:

A brand new interface, which can be customised so designers can create their personalworkspace for speed and efficiency.

Direct benefits for IGM: the designers who use our software will be able to personalise

their interfaces, which will give them a more comfortable work flow as well as speed up

their work, as they will always find the tools they regularly need wherever it is the mostlogical and convenient for them.

Six new screening methods for GS Layout Plus and GS ArtScreen, providing newmeasures of security.

Direct benefits for IGM: hundreds of new types of security screens can be created, giving

IGM products a unique look and feel as well as an increased level of security against

counterfeiting, as never-before-seen element shall be created.

New image processing tools and features for more flexibility.Direct benefits for IGM: with these tools now built in to GS Layout Plus, the design work

shall be faster and more efficient, as there will barely be need to process image elements

in other software, such as Adobe Photoshop. A host of the required tools and filters are

now available inside our software.

New colorisation tools for a more flexible color management process.Direct benefits for IGM: enables designers to handle colours faster and in a more flexible

manner, resulting in more unique products created in the same or less time than before.

IGM currently uses these applications as 32 bit programs, while version 5 is available in 64 bit

and will be delivered as such by default. This will lead to further performance enhancement

compared to the current IGM versions on the same workstations.

II. New applicationsDuring our live demonstration at IGMs offices last year, we explored 3 applications not

currently used by IGM. These were:

GS LegacyA new component to the already used GS Vector. Both are used to develop

sophisticated Guilloche rosettes or line motifs, but in a different way. GS Vector is a

design project, where the imagined design element is built from the bottom up, step by

step. GS Legacy, on the other hand, is a one-stop-shop, where with the press of a

button and with the setting of a few parameters randomly generated elements can becreated in mere seconds. Due to the built in randomisation, millions and millions of

different designs are available quickly and easily.

Direct benefits for IGM: creating a guilloche rosette or a line motif, and then a frame

from that will only take a minute, as millions of unique elements can be created just

with the click of a button. Anything created, then can be freely modified, and can be

used as the basic building block of many other tools building a unique, never-before-

seen security background from a rosette with GS Legacy and the new version of GS

Layout Plus takes less than 5 minutes.

GS XeroShieldThis application provides different, ready-to-apply methods to implement protection

against photocopying in any product. Works as a plugin of GS Layout Plus, the

protection features are built in during the origination phase without adding any extra

steps to the workflow.

Direct benefits for IGM: this software has three different, ready-made methods for

protection against photocopying, any of which, or even more or all of them can be

easily applied to a new or an already existing product. This provides built-in

protection against photocopy based counterfeiting, and saves a lot of time on the partof the design work, as it eliminates the need to separately create elements for this

purpose.

GS Inspector 4 DesignThis program is a self-checking tool for designers to be used during their daily work.

As the designer will be able to discover and correct their own mistakes (these include

too thin or thick lines, too much ink, overprint problems, etc.) during the origination

phase, this application will save time on quality assurance, while will also help to

minimise the number of human created errors, which would otherwise would only be

discovered in later phases of production, such as plate making or at worst, printing.Includes automatically generated error reports in pdf for archiving and sharing.

Direct benefits for IGM: this tool will ensure there are no human errors in the

production ready design work, hence it will safe both time and money there will be

no back-and-forth error search and correction, and there will be no useless plates

imaged, because the errors are only found in the printed document. For a high quality

production, quality assurance tools and methods are essential, and GS Inspector 4

Design gives designers exactly these tools.

III. Mid and long term benefits of the upgrade and the new applicationsAs explained above, new features and new software items each have their direct benefits, theyeither save time and money, or give IGM the possibility to create more versatile and unique

products more easily.

This will ensure that all documents manufactured by IGM in Ecuador will have the chance to

meet the highest international standards.

The upgraded software will also mean IGM has the latest, cutting-edge technology in high

security design, the same tools that most of the major bank note printers and high security

printers use worldwide. These tools are essential to keep one step ahead of counterfeiters and

guarantee the highest achievable level of security for any security printer, as well as for any

IGM manufactured product.

This investment also gives IGM the capability to be highly competitive in the international

market, outside of Ecuador, in Latin America or any other part of the world this can lead to

new projects, new revenues, more profit economically, and international recognition to IGM.

IV. TrainingI understand IGM intends to train a number of new designers from their personnel to the use of

Jura applications. Our proposed 4 week long training program has been compiled to provide

the following:

Introduce the new designers to all the applications IGM uses and might use in thefuture.

Give a thorough understanding on the basic rules and requirements of security designand the process of creating security printed products.

Give a thorough understanding of the entire workflow, how different applicationsconnect to each other and the actual design tasks.

Give enough practical experience so that they can start using the software on their ownafter the training.

The location of the training is IGMs offices in Quito, Ecuador, where we have a chance to

explore how designers are connected to other departments, how best they should cooperate, and

what issues they should consider to ensure a smooth work flow from beginning to end.

The offer covers:

4 weeks of training for a maximum of 5 participants from IGM. 4 week of accommodation for our trainer in Quito. Simultaneous Hungarian-Spanish or English-Spanish translation for the four weeks in

Quito

Jura will cover by itself:

Travel costs of our trainer to Quito and back

COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS

Terms of Payment

By bank transfer, payable in two instalments: 50%: within 10 days against orderconfirmation. 50%: within 10 days from the certified date of shipping. Software License will

be granted upon full payment. All prices are net prices, excluding any provisions, duties,

customs, taxes and withholding tax in the country of destination. If withholding tax applies,

the invoice prices will be raised accordingly.
