In cooperation with KSB and Fuji-Electric, VISPIRON developed an optimized and preconfigured turnkey solar powered water pump system designed to a logistic concept in standard containers.
Our system stands out through the ability to power high volume pumps directly from the solar Photovoltaic system to extract water from even hundreds of meters deep wells.
The system is adaptable and will be configurated to meet the project requirements and reach maximum economic and technical efficiency.
With the provided monitoring and controlling system, the operator, provider or any responsible institution can remotely access the system to monitor and analyze relevant parameters and data as well as control the operation at any time and from any place.

The premium pump manufacturer KSB designs each pump and drive to match the specific application, fluid
and power requirements - which puts you on track for energy-efficient operation and low life cycle costs.
Thanks to the many combination options customers can configure the right pump for every requirement,
application and project size. Submersible borehole pumps achieve heads of up to 1,550 meters, equaling
pressures of more than 150 bar.
KSB can provide tailor-made pumps. The fluid to be pumped determines the selected pump materials - pumps
with cast casings – to ensure a long pump lifetime and excellent performance.

Depending on the available area, project conditions and clients demands, various mounting system options can be used: Ground mounted, Roof top or floating solar
A comprehensive design and layout of the project are done by highly experienced engineers. All project conditions, such as: available area, type of soil, available water surface (for floating solar) and common weather conditions, are taking into consideration to provide a long lasting system.
The floating solar provides a solution with no occupation of valuable farm land for the solar system. Due to the natural cooling effect from water, it can increase the system output while reducing water evaporation.

A single pump is supplied by the photovoltaic energy only. Very simple and autonomous.

The Solar photovoltaic power plant can be supported by any other source of power such as grid connection or diesel generator (Backup supply). This system significantly reduces the costs of grid energy or generator fuel.

An energy storage can be integrated to the system to provide longer operation times exceeding the daily sun hours. Furthermore, it can provide Micro-Grids (AC island Grid) to supply additional consumer (e.g. light)

The constant energy yield of PV modules and the proper operation of the system greatly depends on its maintenance. VISPIRON in cooperation with KSB, Fuji-Electric and our specialized local partners have the necessary know-how an experience to ensure the expected reliable system operation.
The maintenance services include:
• Online-Monitoring of the system (via the remote monitoring and controlling system)
• Repair works in case of defects
• Annual on-site inspection including an inspection report
