Mansons TCLM recognises the key role in the business of the

third generation of Mansons. The TCLM stands for Ted and

his sons Culum, Luke and Mac.

Ted started the family business with his father Colin in the

mid 1970’s. Together they grew the business and weathered

the economic downturn of the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.

approach to business dealings and financial independence.

For the majority of its projects Mansons TCLM is both

developer and building contractor and funding is from the

Manson family’s resources.

HVAC

System The building is served by two scroll chillers with the pre-tempering

of air done by heat pump technology within the air handler units (AHU’s).

The chillers then feed chilled water to the fan coil units (FCU’s) which have

electric reheat. The AHUs supply treated air maintaining a pre-determined

set temperature. All FCU’s have EC motors which allowing for more accurate

commissioning levels.
