Soul Music takes you back, Hip-Hop keeps you grooving,
and R&B moves you, while Jazz soothes you. You’ve just
entered the musical entertainment zone called the “2013
SOLJAZZ FESTIVAL” (SJF) a premiere event created to
provide a mellow, yet energetic community and family
atmosphere. This unique 2nd year event will be sponsored by
consumer-targeted companies, supported grassroots-style
and brought to you by Near Future, Gemstone Management
& Consulting, LLC, Southwest Mobile Advertising, Finley
Productions and MediumFour.
The “2013 SOLJAZZ FESTIVAL” massive media infused
advertising and outreach will include surrounding states
Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Demographically, SJF
will trend the highest with 25-54 year-old women & men,
although 18+ and families are the overall target.
Diverse crowds of over 10,000 are projected for 2013 based
off of marketing trends from 2012.
Performers from 2012 include Cameo, Rachelle Ferrell,
Doug E. Fresh, MC Lyte, Pieces of a Dream, DJ Grandmaster
Dee, Buster Brown Band, the Alcedrick Todd Quartet and
more than 20 other performers.
Media coverage was relentless with over 50 media in
attendance on the inaugural Media Day and upwards of 100
stories and calendar entries still counting. Media impressions
were well into the billions, as all facets of media marketing
was maximized including over 150,000 print pieces, over
120 days/2,000 hours of mobile billboard truck promotions,
more than 60,000 international webpage views, and a
surplus of 150 total media covered 1st year SolJazz Events
through TV, Radio, Web, Electronic and OOH.
