Since 2012 it is operating its Project management Consultancy and Construction divisions. It has also created a separate skilling division for construction sector called ‘Indiavision Skills’ and is the only training provider in the construction industry with domain expertise.

• Construction of 5 G+4 housing units in Gurgaon Sector-57 on a turnkey basis.

• Renovation and extension of society flats at IspatikaApartment Dwarka: We executed Terracewaterproofing, external plaster and 25,000 sqft development for Ispatika CGHS at Sector-4, Dwarka. The project cost was 8.4 crores.

• Shoring work for Energetic Construction Pvt Ltd (A subsidiary of TCG Group) at its WTC site at Gurgaon.

Finding workers who are skilled and completely equipped is very difficult in the Construction Inustry and hence there is a tremendous shortage of skilled manpower.We faced similar challenges at our worksites, which is when Indiavision approached us with the concept of provisioning of skilled manpower for our projects.We could see the impact of the trained manpower in the form of reduction of wastages, improvement in workmanship and eventual quality, reduction of time overruns, reduction in work related accidents and most important improvement in confidenceof our project team.

The company already has an order book of approximately 10 crores in its folds for the financial year and is targeting an order book of INR 100 Crores for the current financial year.

A few of the upcoming projects are mentioned below:

1) Labour Rate contract for 2 towers of World Trade Centre at Chennai being developed by Brigade group.

2) Item Rate contract for One Twoer in Bhartiya City, Bangalore.
