Hotta Liesenberg Saito LLP was established in Los Angeles in 1990 to assist international businesses in

three major areas: auditing, tax accounting, and professional advisory services. Each area has

dedicated specialists and staff members bilingual in Japanese and English ready to respond to client

needs.

The current business environment is changing rapidly; all companies need accurate and timely

financial information, strong internal controls, and up-to-date financial accounting and reporting

practices. Greater management involvement and oversight is required in the preparation of financial
