www.engen.co.zaEngen Petroleum LimitedEngen IPS Innovative Packaging SystemIPS, Engen’s innovative new system for transporting bulk lubricants, is a first for lubricants in Africa, scientifically engineered to offer solutions to issues experienced with long distance transportation, turnkey installations including on site inventory, contamination control and disposal.
The IPS container is a 1-way single use pack designed specifically for robust handling and ultimate product protection on the inside. It holds 900L of oil or 810kg of lubricating grease. Ideally it should be stored indoors but the container has been tested for extensively for outside storage in the harsh African sun. This container is constructed using a set of 5 layers of carefully selected materials to protect the product content during handling, filling, dispensing and storage. IPS can either be used in a fixed position (e.g. workshop) or in a mobile environment (e.g. 900L IPS moved around for various top-up jobs and oil changes)

The ACP range of auto-centre hydraulic puller kits and PKS range of 2 & 3 way puller kits each offer capacities of up to 50 tonnes and are the ideal tool for pulling, pushing, installing and removing applications required for press fitted or heat fitted parts, including wheels, sprockets, flywheels, gears and bearings. They each provide a safe and effective removal method without the need for heating and hammering. For additional versatility, the PKC comprehensive puller kit offers all of the features of the PKS range combined with bearing pullers, bearing cup pullers and cross head pullers.
The latest addition to the Hi-Force puller kit portfolio is the SPP range of heavy duty hydraulic pullers offering capacities from 75 to 220 tonnes and a spread of up to 1220mm. The ergonomic design features a moveable trolley and two vertical supports which provide both safety and stability, in addition to allowing the height of the puller to be easily adjustable to desired position. The self-centering pulling jaws can rotate 180° and is operated via a remote control pendant.
Furthermore, Hi-Force is also able to offer HBR spring eye bush replacement kits and HPR pin and bush replacement tools kits which are both offered with a choice of manual or air driven hydraulic pump units. The HBR models offer a superb 18 tonnes of hydraulic power, when operated at the maximum working pressure of 700 Bar and incorporate a standard HHA182 aluminium hydraulic cylinder. This innovative new product from Hi-Force is primarily targeted at commercial vehicle manufacturers and service centres, as well as heavy plant vehicle workshops, where traditional hammer and heat methods of bush replacement activities have proved unsafe, time consuming and costly.
The HPR replacement tool kits offer a choice of 37 tonnes or 50 tonnes capacity options, incorporating a HHA372 aluminium hydraulic cylinder or a HHA504 aluminium hydraulic cylinder respectively. The HPR range is targeted at manufacturers, service centres and users of heavy plant vehicles, used in the construction and mining industries.
