Setting up a Payment Plan Payment plans are one option Saint Leo University offers to make paying bills easier for students. In a partnership, with Official Payments Corporation, Saint Leo University sets up access to an automate bill paying service for every student enrolled. Some Important Details about Payment Plans: Payment plans will automatically be set up to pay off the balance of your account minus any pending financial aid o If your financial aid package changes so does your payment plan automatically. You may need to be prepared for fluctuations in payment amounts. o Please monitor your account via eLion often so you are not surprised by changes Once you sign up for a payment plan we will automatically take your payment amount from the account you specify on the dates you selected A fee of $35 will be assessed to your student account for administrative costs for the plan If you miss a payment, please make up the payment as soon as possible before your next payment date. Failure to do so will result in a balance on your account after the payment plan is completed. You will be responsible for paying this balance to maintain your registration. Payment plans can only be set up for balances greater than $100. Troubleshooting Payment Plans: Payment plans become available for students after they register. You may not have access to payment plans for 3-4 business days after you register. If you need to change your payment method, add the new payment method to MyWallet in the payment plan website. Setting up a Payment Plan

Payment plans are one option Saint Leo University offers to make paying bills easier for students. In a

partnership, with Official Payments Corporation, Saint Leo University sets up access to an automate bill

paying service for every student enrolled.

Some Important Details about Payment Plans: Payment plans will automatically be set up to pay off the balance of your account minus any

pending financial aid o If your financial aid package changes so does your payment plan automatically. You may

Setting Up Payment Plans: Setting up your payment plan is simple. First log in to my.saintleo.edu using your unique user ID and password.

Once Logged into the portal, select eLion from the menu at the top of the screen.

From the eLion home screen, select the Students box from the right hand side of the screen.

The Students menu gives you access to many tools that can assist you with Financial and Academic

questions. You will want to select the Payment Plan link from the Financial Information Menu.

You will see the Payment Plan information screen next. From there you will select the “Click here for

Payment Plan” link.

Next you will be prompted to log in to the Online Payment system. Your username will be your 7 digit

student ID number. Your password will be your first initial capitalized, last initial capitalized, followed by

the last four of your social security number. For example, Mickey Mouse, ID # 0123456 username would

be 0123456 and password may be MM7890.

Next you will be prompted to verify your personal information. You will also be able to change your

password.

Once complete, select next to move on to the next screen. You will then be prompted to select your

payment plan options. All fields will be completed for you except plan.

To find the plan that is right for you simply use the drop down menu, select a plan, and hit the calculate

payment schedule to review each option. Once you have found the right one, select next.

Next you will be prompted to add your account information for payment purposes. Please note that if you ever need to change this account information email [email protected] with the following information:

Name: Student ID Number: Original Payment Method (type of card/account and last four of the account): New Payment Method (type of card/account and last four of the account):

To add the account, select the add button. This will pull up the payment information screen. Enter in the

information for your account and select save.

You will be taken back to the Payment Plan Wallet Account screen. If the account is correct and you

have no others to add hit next. This will give you the opportunity to review your plan one last time

before accepting.

Once you hit accept. Your plan will be built and we will access a $35 fee to your student account with

the following 3-5 business days. That fee will increase each payment of your payment plan to

incorporate the increase in your balance. Please note, your account balance may also increase if you are

assessed other fees such as parking decals or citations, distance learning fees, Monarch Money,

commuter meal plans, etc. Please monitor your account closely for changes so you can ensure your

account has adequate funds available for your upcoming payments.
