Forrester Bridge Replacement - Preapplication submitting to Caltrans for HBP funding. Awaiting response from Caltrans.

2 Gentry Road Bridge at Vail Canal District 4 58C-0007 Additional funds for project programmed - working on updated scope and cost, DRAFT UtilityAgreement and Maintenance Agreement between HD and County over at County Counsel .County to include preliminary design costs for keeping a 55 mph design speed and extendingvertical curve over bridge deck and approach roadway which will require additional funding.95% design drawings received from HD 2/18/16. RFA for additional PE prepared. Working tomove PE funds to 15/16 year instead of 16/17 year.

3 Anza Road Bridge over All American Canal District 1 58C-0105 Kleinfelder currently working on environmental documents for project. Alignment conceptshave been reduced to two alignments for review and final approval by Caltrans. Geotechnical

boring information to be obtained to choose final alignment. Boring to occur early spring 2016.

NEPA/CMAQ process will begin once preferred alignment is chosen.

4 Verde School Bridge Over East Highline Canal District 5 58C-0115 Temporary plates and reduced speed limit signs installed to limit impact loading on bridge toremedy critical finding from Caltrans in November 2015. CEQA clearance continues withCaltrans for future bridge replacement. Continue monitoring field visits. Modification No. 1with Quincy Engineering to be approved March. Extra funds needed for additionalenvironmental studies per Caltrans requirements.

5 Winterhaven Road Bridge at California Wasteway District 1 58C-0094 Approval of the seismic retrofit strategy report. Quincy Engineering is currently preparingCEQA/ NEPA analysis for bridge project. PS&E documents shall begin after CEQA/ NEPAcleared.

6 Lack Road Bridge and Van Der Poel Bridge Repair Project District 2 andDistrict 4

5934, 5935 Hazard started construction on Van der Poel Bridge and Lack on August 10, 2015. Contractorcompleted removing the existing bridge deck on both bridges. Inspection was conducted byDesign Engineer on October 6, 2015 and recommended changes to the original repair plans.Additional foundation work necessary for Van Der Poel bridge. HD encroachment amendmentsubmitted 11/12/15 to obtain approval to set new piles in Central Main Canal for Van Der Poel.RFI's No. 4 and 5 responses sent to the contractor on January 21, 2016. Received final estimateon costs related to additional piles to be replaced at Van Der Poel Bridge. Pile orderingexpected to be 8 weeks.

7 Bridge Preventive Maintenance Program 5775 Database created. Installed and ready for use.

8 English Road/Old Niland Rd. at "Z Drain"; Emergency Bridge Replacement. District 4 5824M Construction was substantially completed on March 21, 2015. Awaiting final documentationfrom Contractor in order to file Notice of Completion. Anticipate BOS to approve ModificationAgreement for the RE in June.

9 Bridge Replacement Feasibility Study at Dogwood/ Willoughby RoadDistrict 2
