When I read this quote for the frst time in my early 20's, I was desperate to gain some

sense of control over my reality & divine destiny. I deeply questioned my purpose &

place in the world - as I had always felt very different from the mentality & reality of my

working-class upbringing. I knew that I had a big purpose in this world, but had zero

idea about what that purpose actually was, let-alone how to bring it to life.




When I read this quote for the frst time, I remember wondering how I could possibly

be responsible for all the struggle, trauma & pain I had experienced up until that point -

and how could that possibly be my fault?

That poignant moment of being introduced to the divine truth that we - and our lives

- are of our own making would set me on the path of discovering these deeper,

divine truths:

DIVINE TRUTH #1:

It's not what happens to us as children that determines the path of our future -

DIVINE TRUTH #2:

But the perceptions & behavioral patterns we develop - as an individual - in response

to our earliest circumstances - that determines our future.

Our spiritual self had a pretty good idea of the circumstances, challenges & lessons

we would face in this lifetime.

4 Crucial Inner Shifs I Made toHit 6-Fgures & Beyond

Knowing that your external world is a refection of your internal world, nothing changes

externally without internal shifts. As with everything I teach at RandiPierce.com,

boosting your business to $10K months (and up) begins with making crucial internal

shifts. Here's what I did to create MAJOR inner shifts that translated into BIG outer

shifts (aka. more money, more joy).




1. Go For What You Really Want

Everything I teach from a coaching perspective always starts with this ONE thing:

What do you really want?

The logic behind this question is driven by the fact that you are, in fact, a desire-

seeking being. All of life desires to experience life through its unique perspective - and

you are no different.

You desire to create - this is who you are!

When you give yourself permission to go for what you really want (both spiritually &

physically), you activate the divine creative powers within you that naturally quicken &

ease the creative process.

In other words, just be who you desire to be & do what you desire to do - in the most

authentic & natural way for you - and creating the life you desire will happen much

quicker & much easier.

So...What do you really want?




2. Don't Over Think & Don't Let The Fears Stop You

There's only one thing that matters here: not letting your head get in the way

of what your heart knows is possible for you.

Every money miracle & major breakthrough I've ever created has been easier to

achieve when I simply followed what I knew to be true for me. But - BUT - when

I let fears of insecurity & inadequacy control me, it always caused inner confict

& suffering.

So here's what I've learned: if you allow the limitations (or fears) of the mind

convince your that you cannot do it, don't deserve it or don't have what it takes,

you will NEVER create what you deeply desire & you will NEVER be happy.

This is where you've got to tune-in & tap-into what your heart & soul know

is possible for you - regardless of any temporary circumstance or limited

perception of “reality.”

Today, I make a promise to myself that I will follow my heart & soul

knowing that doing so will lead me into my greatest life & destiny.




3. The Money Is Just A Number....

Personally, I've never had any issue charging higher prices for my services

because I'm not emotionally attached to the money (nor am I concerned with

what others will think).

I'm just simply working the numbers & structure of my business in a way that

supports me in living my divine purpose & expanding the quality of services I

can provide to more ideal clients.

Big numbers don't scare me. Courageously following what's right for me doesn't

shake me in the least. Not because I'm cocky or egotistical, but because I don't

let the money scare me.

Your monthly revenue is just a number.

Don't make 'money' into something it's not: It's not here to validate you,

determine your worth or set you above (or below) others. It is simply a tool that

provides for your well-being & the well-being of those you serve.




Here's my advice: go for the number that allows you work the number of hours

per week you want AND make the money you desire. That's it... Take all

emotion or fear completely out of the equation.

Keep it focused on logistics: How many hours do you want to work p/week?

How many clients do you ideally want to work with (each week or month)? How

much money do you want to make to support the lifestyle you desire?

Keep it simple & non-emotional. <3

4. Remember You're Divinely Supported

I've always been pretty self-suffcient and even adverse to trusting others to

support me, but as I continued to grow my business & increase revenue, I found

myself getting trapped in constant work mode with zero time off.

It doesn't take too much time of being “the end all, be all” of your business

before you hit a wall of complete overwhelm & exhaustion.




Despite logical assumptions, growing your business isn't about working harder &

doing more....

To make more money, you actually have to get better at letting go.

This can often be a major tripping point for women who are “self-starters &

doers” because they are so used to relying on themselves that they don't know

how to trust anyone else (let alone the universe) to provide for their well-being.

You are not alone in this... you do not have to do it all on your own...the universe

is ready & able to back you up 100%.

Any previous experience (it's often rooted in our childhood) that implied you

were not provided for or supported, and therefore, had to provide for yourself is

simply a human illusion - it is not the divine truth.

The divine truth is that the universe will infnitely support your desires &

dreams beyond your belief, but you must learn to let go & allow it to support

you.




Your only job moving forward is in facilitating your divine genius & gifts.

Everything else gets released & delegated. Just like I recommend to every client

I work with, I will also recommend to you: your job is to live your purpose.

Anything that falls outside of that category gets delegated (to someone who

possesses a purpose in that area).

The test in this step is two-fold: learning to let go of what is not yours to worry

about & learning to trust that the universe will always support your success.

adjust the goals, adjust the action steps.”

There's no doubt about it, inner shifts will only get you so far in life, for the bridge

between your dreaming & creating is the “doing” that happens in between.

It's a lot like physical ftness... you cannot be ft by sitting on the couch eating

bon-bons. At some point, beyond biology & dietary habits, is the ability to get up

and exercise in a way that brings about physical health.

Developing a thriving & prosperous business is no different.




We all have the same 24-hours in a day, but the thing that separates the

wealthy from the struggling is action.

While I am all for doing the inner work, nothing - I mean, nothing - replaces good

ol' fashioned 'right' action.

What is 'right' action?

→ It's an intentional action that supports the creation of your goal.

For years - YEARS - I was less than intentional with my daily habits, often

wasting time on things that often pulled my energy & focus away from my goals

- and delaying the very results I deeply craved.

It wasn't until I tried to get to 6-fgures - and being half-assed about my

efforts - that I realized I had to become ruthlessly intentional about focusing on

the daily habits & business-building efforts that would: shorten my timeline &

make my desires come true quicker with less effort.




What you're about to read are the exact steps I took to seriously boost my

cash-fow in record time, working less (by working smarter) than I ever had

before. You'll also notice that I included a few STATS (actual stats of my results)

as well as TIPS (my recommendations for making the most out of this info).

13 Action Steps I Took toHit 6-Fgures & Beyond

Action Step #1: Surveying My Community

→ Result: Aligning my expertise with the needs & wants of

my community members.

As I entered 2015, I wanted to eliminate the guessing game of product/program

launches. I've never been an externally-driven biz owner (I tend to work very

inward-out & intuitively), but honestly, I was done with risking time & effort &




investment on programs that might sell. I wanted to know for sure of the

needs & wants of my community members, so I could shortcut the process &

grow faster with less effort.

So, I sent out a very specifc survey to my community to clarify topics they

were interested in & at what price-points they were willing to invest.

To boost community response, I offered a juicy bonus of a no-holds-barred, no-

strings-attached 30-minute biz evaluation consult where I could simply be of

service & provide expert advice for accomplishing their goals & removing

struggle.

STAT: A little more 1/3 of my list responded to my email requesting to complete

my survey. Of those ~33% women who responded, 98% of them booked the

free consult, which gave me direct access to more than 50 women in my

community. From there, I developed products & programs to solve their

problems as quickly as possible.




STAT: Of the women with whom I spoke to in those private consults, over 60%

of them became paying clients through programs & products within the next ~60

days. Not a bad return on investment for agreeing to simply be of service in the

complimentary 30-minute consult.

STAT: Those clients who invested in private coaching & DIY products were

responsible for boosting my monthly revenue for the next several months, and

took me from $2K months to $6K/$8K months very quickly.

*TIP: To boost responses & honest answers, keep your survey simple. Ask no

more than 10 questions and keep it focused on simple, 1-click answers (drop-

down menu choices or multiple-choice) and YES or NO responses.

*TIP: *Make all felds *required* with an optional 'anything else you'd like me to

know' feld where they can enter a personal response or request. Don't forget to

include *required* Full Name & Email felds so you can follow up with them

and/or add them to your list.




TIP: Don't ask for a name & email until the end of the survey. I've found that I

receive the best survey responses when I don't ask for their name & email right

off the bat. By placing at the end of the survey - as a requirement to access the

free gift - they almost always enter it because they've just spent 2-3 minutes

entering their survey information (they're invested in the process & it's human

nature to want to complete something). When you add the free gift, but don't ask

for a name/email until the very end, it only reinforces their desire to complete the

survey & submit their information.

Action Step #2: Offering Complimentary Consults

→ Result: Leveraging more of one of my strongest points of

sales conversions in my business.

Once I wrapped up the initial ~30+ survey consults (and subsequently upselling

over 60% of those prospects into paying clients), I decided - for the frst time

ever in my business - to offer a limited number (25) of additional free consults.




I confess, spending all of my time on the phone isn't one of my favorite things to

do, but once I got into a groove, it was pretty easy to focus the majority of the 30

days to building my consult funnel & delivering the consults.

Here's a fascinating fact:

After hosting dozens of complimentary consults, my 'closing-rate' improved to

a 98% success rate. *My closing rate many years ago, was only ~30%.

If you do not have a full client base, host complimentary consults if for nothing

more than to:

• Build relationships with community members

• Become adept at helping more people achieve their desired results

• Learn how to spot your client's needs & how they align (or do not align)

with your divine gifts




• Discover ways to improve your 'pre-screening' process so only the most

ideal clients make it to a live consult with you

• Practice making offers, making offers, making offers!

• Gain confdence, increase adaptability & improve communication skills

STAT: Of the combined ~50+ consults I hosted, I discovered that over 95% of

my community members struggled with just 3 things!

STAT: For almost a full 90-days I focused solely on booking consults & servicing

the needs of those women. And it paid off because within a few months, I hit my

frst $10K month (since 2011)!

TIP: Track the response of your community to the consults & subsequent

upsells/enrollments because you'll fnd that you have a specifc way of

conversion that works best for you. When you discover the quickest, most

authentic way to “service-the-make-an-offer” - leverage the heck out of it!




TIP: Utilize tools & systems to AUTOMATE consult enrollments with more ideal

clients. For instance, during specifc times, I utilize the “Call-to-Action” button on

my Facebook page to encourage consult bookings. *During specifc times, I may

also activate a “Popup” on my website (say, for 30 days) to boost bookings. The

important thing is to automate everything so that you can set it & forget it.

I use ScheduleOnce because it allows me to handle ALL of my calls (prospects

and paying coaching clients). Everything is automated & gets sent to my iCal

which I can access anywhere from home or on the road.

Action Step #3: Adding A “Decision-Making' Challenge To My

Clarity Consults

→ Result: A seriously boosted conversion rate in my

decision-making consults & an unapologetic confdence to

take a stand for what I desired from my business.

Note: The process I cover here in Step #3 only applies to decision-making calls (not the other

consults I mentioned previously) as these are specifcally initiated by interested prospects

who are interested in working with me.

In the past, I had generally allowed prospects to slide into a “okay, let's

schedule a follow-up call for next Tuesday to check in on your situation” closing,

but as I continue to step into my 7-fgure vision, I've had to become extremely

adept at 1) Being clear about my next best steps, 2) Making swift decisions and

3) Letting go of anything that pulls my energy away from the path of success.

Because I've become adept at making swift decisions & taking quick

action, I am now demanding the same from my clients. In order to build my

business where I want & need it to be, I can no longer afford to work with

anyone who is less than 100% committed to their success.

I'm only available for women who are fully committed to getting results - and ready

to work with me on the spot. So, if a decision-making conversation heads toward




the “I'd love to but I can't afford it” or similar objection, follow the two steps below:

1. Refuse to accept any excuse or objection. Instead, challenge your

prospects to make a decision - right then and there - that YES: they will

work with you - OR - NO: they will not. No waiting, no follow-up next week.

The decision has to be made right there before you end the call.

2. Present your prospect with the challenge to decide, then stop

speaking. Whatever you do, do not speak until the client responds - no

matter how long the silence endures. Only respond once they have

responded to your challenge or asked a question. If they try to divert

conversation (they do that when they're uncomfortable), politely remind

them to make a decision - YES or NO.




Here's the psychology behind these shifts & why it's so powerful:

1. Hemming-and-hawing doesn't help anyone. In fact, it only reinforces

negative patterns & anxiety around the fears you inherently possess. Any

woman who expects to build a successful business & life, better make

damn sure they have clarity of self AND have the courage to speak their

truth. If it's right, SAY YES. If it's not, SAY NO. There's no reason to

hesitate in expressing your truth or desires. Get clear, make swift

decisions and express your truth without hesitation - and demand the

same of your clients.

2. The ego hates to admit defeat - detests it. It hates having to look its own

shortcomings square in the face. By challenging prospects to decide -

right then & there, YES or NO - they are suddenly forced to do battle

within themselves. *The call is then no longer is about investing in your

services, but their own internal battle. That not only takes the pressure off

you, but directs their fears & desires back to their source.




3. Silence is uncomfortable for most people, but it shouldn't bother you. Ask

them to make their decision, then stop talking …. and don't speak until

4. they respond. *This is a classic negotiation strategy I learned from my

luxury real estate career. The frst person to speak is the one who is willing

to concede & compromise.

5. If they say YES because they truly want to work with you, then you just

provided an opportunity for them to learn how to trust their desires & act in

accordance to them.

6. If they say NO, because they truly do not feel that working with you is right

for them, they you just gave them the courage to begin speaking their

truth. In any case, it's a win-win for everyone.

Action Step #4: Targeted Niche Email Marketing

→ Result: Increased engagement with a greater percentage

of email subscribers.




Once I knew where my clients' needs & desires matched my genius zone, I

utilized the email addresses from the prospects I had connected with in survey

consults to offer high-value, high-touch emails.

I applied the 3/1 rule that #GaryVee speaks of in his book Jab, Jab, Jab, Right

Hook. The 3/1 rule basically states that before you ask anything of your tribe,

you must deliver 3 doses of high-value content - no call to action, no offer.

Which is what I did. I delivered 3 high-value content emails, then followed up

with a 4th email that contained a subtle “PS pitch” (Frank Kern style) at the

bottom of the email.

In complete transparency, I wasn't even that concerned with conversions, I was

solely focused on building a relationship & expert position by providing value.

STAT: The frst time I did this, the 4th email with a subtle “PS Pitch” that

converted at 31% on an easy $47 offer. No fuss, no muss.

TIP: If you do this strategically, especially with your survey connections, you

should experience high conversions without much fuss. Have a clear

understanding of their need, create a solution for it, follow the 3/1 email

marketing rule, and make your soft offer.

TIP: You can dial-in this strategy to each of your *segmented subscribers lists*

by targeting via subscriber activity on: 1) Opens - 2) Opens & Clicks - 3) Opens,

but no click and 4) No Opens. The more you customize your emails to specifc

lists & specifc activity, the better engagement & sales you should see.

Action Step #5: 2nd Tier Targeted Niche Email Marketing

→ Result: Deeper targeting in response to specifed funnel

opt-ins.

Once I knew where my clients' needs were - and where that converged with my

gifts & expertise - I built a few, very specifc, opt-ins that leveraged




autoresponder content, followed up with low-end offers. ($17 to $47 USD in my

case.)

STAT: I attribute the majority of my boost in cash-fow (from email offers) to this

2nd tier targeting - specifcally nurturing the CLICKS.

TIP: The opens & clicks will tell you the level of interest from your subscribers. I

think you'll fnd, as I did, that if you focus on *interested subscribers* you'll

generally convert better with less effort.

Action Step #6: Show Up In Facebook Groups

→ Result: Increasing the know, like & trust factor by

consistently showing up, serving & interacting

I think the most challenging phase of getting to the next level is the

BEGINNING. At least this has always proven to be my biggest challenge,




because in the beginning your resources are typically limited. But there's also a

huge blessing in this beginning phase, because you become adept at learning

how to:

Use what you have, from where you are, to get where you want to go.

When I found myself in this exact spot in August of 2014, I had to rely on the

Facebook connections I already had to gain the 'know, like & trust' factor.

So when I set an ambitious goal of 6-fgures within one year, I simply utilized the

my connections on Facebook to give me direct (and free) access to thousands

of potential ideal clients. Here's how I did this:

1. I Began Showing Up As A Leader In My Own Private FB Group

Months prior I had set up a private Facebook group for the RandiPierce.com

community. Honestly, I wasn't utilizing it in the most effective or valuable way,

nor was I showing up in a leadership capacity - so I focused on these two goals.




I began posting 2x per day at least 5 days p/week (usually once in the morning

& once in the evening) with an emphasis on 1) providing value, 2) asking for

feedback/input from the community members and 3) inviting signups & making

offers. *Sticking to the 3/1 rule of Jab, Jab, Jab, Right-Hook.

2. I Started Interacting In Two Private Mastermind Groups

I was also missing out on a ton of potential in two private groups where I was

a mastermind member. Usually one to remain quiet on the sidelines, I just

jumped in conversations where I felt inspired to participate. If someone needed

a little pick-me-up, I commented with an inspiring comment. When someone

asked for feedback, I posted my vote. When someone had a question - and it

was in my zone of genius - I provided guidance.

And when I felt inspired to start a post of my own to either ask a question or

provide a pretty quote graphic, I did so. There was no real strategy with this

action other than to follow my inspiration & interact with others where I felt

guided. No agenda, just authentic contribution & connection.

TIP: I really trust my gut instincts on this - I don't force it. I post/interact where &

when I feel guided or inspired.

3. I Joined More Groups That I Vibed With

Let's be clear: I am not suggesting that you spend all of your time in Facebook

groups, but when done wisely, groups are a great way to get you in front of

more people. Without a doubt, I have met more wonderful colleagues & clients

this way than any other “marketing” method I've engaged in.

If you want more clients, MORE people have to know about you.

Facebook groups are an easy (and free) way to simply expose yourself to new

circles …and possibly more paying clients. Note: Be selective. Join no more

than 8-10 groups where you regularly interact & contribute.

STAT: I haven't tracked specifc sales numbers or conversion rates, but I do

know this: I've gained private clients & product sales from other people's




groups, at least one of the mastermind groups I'm a member of, as well as from

my own FB group. It works if you go about it in a genuine & effective way.

Action Step #7: Leverage Facebook (and Instagram) Advertising

→ Result: Gaining valuable market exposure to more ideal

clients, increasing sales, gaining more page likes, booking more

discovery consults, growing my list & delivering more value to more

people

My Facebook advertising strategy is simple:

1. Get in front of more ideal clients, 2. Build my list and 3. Boost Sales

By leveraging one of the most powerful marketing tools out there, Facebook has

allowed me to do so much more with my business. When I want to get in front of

more ideal clients, I just activate an ad.




With a very modest budget of $100 to $250 p/ month, I've been able to

rapidly expand my market reach, build my list & convert those subscribers/new

prospects into paying clients.

If you're not currently leveraging Facebook advertising, I only have one

suggestion: START. Pronto!

STAT: The best converting ads (at least for me) have been exclusively: the *FB

mobile news feed* & *Instagram* options. They're so good, in fact, that I focus

all of my advertising efforts on just those two options (that helps with the CPA).

STAT: The 'call-to-action' button hasn't proven as powerful as I had hoped, but I

still see the best results from: 1) Watch Video, 2) Sign Up and 3) Book Now

STAT: Still tracking results, but by far, the broadest reach for the least amount of

advertising dollars are ads with VIDEOS. *Upload your videos directly to

Facebook for the best results.




TIP: If you don't know how to build ads from scratch, start with the “Boost Post”

button. If it doesn't perform well, try tweaking the audience settings.

TIP: Everything you need to know about your tribe is in your Facebook Page

“Insights” Panel. Be sure to review that information before you invest in

advertising so you can set ad parameters for the best return.

TIP: Boost content-rich page posts just to pay it forward to the community. Don't

try to sell anything or ask for an action, just boost it because it's valuable

information that can help the right people. *I often do this with the “boost-post”

button for $5 or $10 bucks. Well worth it.

Action Step #8: Built Uber-Focused Opt-In Funnels

→ Result: Expanded market reach, increased subscribers,

increased subscriber engagement, passive income




Building on the highest desires of my community members, I built automated

funnels (with eventual upsells) that easily & consistently built my list, increased

engagement & boosted passive sales.

Action Step #9: Built-In Automated High-Scarcity Upsells

→ Result: Increased passive income

Once I had uber-focused funnels - based on the highest desires of my

community - I simply built-in automated upsells at high-scarcity levels. For

example, in certain funnels, I've included a ONE-TIME discount. If they navigate

away from the link or page, the discount goes away forever. *And I really do

mean, forever. It truly is a *one-time* offer that converts at almost 65%.




Action Step #10: Consistent Email Communication

→ Result: Higher engagement, also higher unsubscribes

Admittedly, this is one area where I have always struggled, and I am still striving

to become better at it because I recognize the value in building strong, valuable

relationships with my subscribers. *I will also say that, in general, my highly-

focused email segment subscribers engage & remain in the community at much

better rates as compared to my “master” email list.

Action Step #11: Consistent Free Calls, Scopes & Videos

→ Result: Stronger market presence, really great feedback

from the community, some list growth

For introverts & make-up free, top-bun gals like me ;) showing up consistently

on videos, scopes & webinars can be a bit a challenging, but I have found that

face-to-face connections with the community are invaluable.




If you are sensitive to burn-out, monitor how much time you spend online & give

yourself plenty of down-time. I have found that if I dedicate a *solid 30 days to

video marketing* (every day if I can) of showing up on scopes/hosting free

calls/posting videos, it gives my marketing enough momentum to go 30 to 60

days without video marketing. (Yay!)

Action Step #12: Organized Offerings With a Logical Progression

→ Result: A logical 'funnel' that organizes my offerings from

low-end to high-end that simplifes my marketing, launching & promo

schedule for the entire year.

When I set a goal to go to 7-fgures, I knew I would have to organize my

offerings into a logical & organized manner that not only allowed my audience to

hook into my offers, but also helped me organize my marketing & launch

schedule.




TIP: Organize your current offers into logical & simple tiers (from free to low-end

to high-end), so that you're clear on what to market when so that you can

naturally “upsell” to the right program for the right clients at the right time.

*There are a ton of details here & something we can do in private coaching or

#3: Essential Bi Structures ForSoulfl 6-Fgures

There's no way around it, you're going to need some essential structures that

make 6-fgures possible. Without them you'll experience burn-out, overwhelm

and possible brand-implosion when you cannot effectively service your clients &

community because you're too busy handling the everyday details of running

your business.

*Remember, your job is to remain in your genius zone & on purpose. Everything

else gets delegated to hourly or contract service-providers or employees.




When it comes to growing your business, there will be a growing number of

factors you will need to handle, but always remember to keep it simple. Use only

the tools that you need (and nothing you don't). The essentials, no matter where

you are in your business growth, you only need a way to:

1. Communicate your message to as many ideal clients as possible

2. Post your offerings on a website, landing page or resource where potential clients can easily & quickly purchase

3. Receive & process payments (and/or refunds)

4. Service paying clients & customers

That's it. JUST these four things - regardless of what business phase you're in.

Keep it simple & focused and your business WILL grow. *Earmark fancy tools,

resources & additional staff once you've got more fnancial breathing room.




Before we dive into the crucial business structures I implemented, let's

cover the basics. Obviously, you're going to need a/an:

• Website• Email account (tied to your domain)• Social media accounts (stick to 3 main platforms)• Phone/Skype• Payment processing

Additionally, you'll want to explore these essential business structures:

1. Automated Booking System

As you continue to grow your business, you'll have less & less available time, which means

you'll need to manage it well & keep it organized in your calendar. Automate every step of

your consult & coaching call schedule from links to the online scheduling system to adding

appointments to your calendar (that is desktop & mobile accessible). I use ScheduleOnce

(premium plan) that allows me to funnel new prospects & existing coaching clients on an

automated process.

2. High-Desire Opt-Ins (with complete funnels)

Once you've organized your core offers & freebie funnels, you should have specifed landing

pages & autoresponders to build relationships with a growing subscriber & client base. You

cannot (and should not) handle all the details 24/7 - at some point, you will have to automate

the funnel process to say, 3-5 core opt-in offers, that logically support your core offers.

TIP: Create social media posts ahead of time & save them to your computer. When you need

to build your list (or prep a list for a launch), have those pre-written posts handy so all you

have to do is copy & paste on a regular basis to boost your list (and sales).

3. JV Partnerships, Guest Expert Spots & Affliates

Sure, you could do this alone, but it will be much easier partnering up with other like-minded

business owners & community members who can fast-track your growth. As a recovering

lone-ranger & obsessive DIY'ers, I can attest to how powerful it is to leverage key partners &

professionals (and their communities). I mean, why work harder than you have to? Select

projects that you can participate on as a JV partner, guest expert or affliate.

2nd Tier Option: Create your own affliate program where clients & community members can

gladly spread the word about you.




4. Set Specifc 'Work' Hours & Challenge Yourself to Do More in Less Time

I tend to be a bit of a work-horse and I'm not afraid of putting in long hours when it's called for,

but about 3 years into my coaching business, I noticed I was working as much as 70 hours

per week - the exact opposite of why I became my own boss.

When I realized I was working too hard - and my freedom was seriously constricted - I gave

myself a challenge to: get everything done before 12pm, working 4 days p/week or less.

What happened after that was incredible - I was able to do it!




#4: Your Soulfl 6-Fgure PlanYour path to $10K (and up) months will be a unique process for you, but there

are simple steps you can take now to get started. Take action, track your

progress & and work with me to quicken & improve your results.

*This is a very simple starting point. Figure out what you can teach now,

leverage your expertise for high-end packages, and focus on hitting the $10K

mark every month. You can tweak & refne once you get going!





Step #1: Start With What You Can Teach - Now.

Pinpoint your milestones & successes up until now. What milestones have you

achieved up until now (in life & biz)? What achievements have you created in

recent years? What can you teach other people & how to tangibly get

results?

*Keep your teaching topics to what you know how to create & teach. If you're intentional about this exercise, you'll fnd your genius zone circulates around a specifc area that generally reaches across many areas of your life. Your quickest, most authentic path to sustainable 6-fgures is by leveraging your divine genius.




Step #2: Talk About Your Challenges & Transformations.

Look back on your life. What was going on - how were you feeling - what did you

desire - and what challenges did you overcome in those phases right before you

created major transformations? Was it pain - or pleasure - that drove you to

make changes? What specifcally was going for you & how did you create what

you desired? Talk more about that below:

*Share your hopes, dreams & fears honestly here because the exact emotions you were feeling are going to be the same pain-points and desires of your audience. You can use thesekeywords (pains & desires) to inspire your audience when you make your offer.




Step #3: So...What Do You Know How To Do - And How Can You

Teach Others To Do The Same?

If you review your answers for the previous two questions, you should fnd

distinct themes, desires and challenges that you've faced (and mastered). Your

goal is simply share what you know! *Do your best to break down your

process into *tangible steps* that can be taught to others. These steps will

become your *signature process* for one or more of your offers. And this,

my love, is what makes your wisdom a marketable & proftable offer!




Step #4: Figure Out The Numbers

To hit $10K months without working yourself to the bone, you will have to think

bigger (and possibly get creative). You can easily hit $10K months with 1 or 2

private clients each month, but if that's not your gig, you'll have to fgure out how

you can hit a large number of sales at lower price-points. Here's an example:

→ 1 or 2 private clients per month who pay in full: easily $10K p/ month.

*Payment plans (which most clients - at high-end programs - will opt for) will

dramatically affect your monthly revenue, so plan accordingly.

→ 20 - 100 sales on products priced at $97 to $497: $9700 - $10K.

*You'll fnd that hitting 10K and up months is much easier with multiple streams

of revenue. Think big & get creative - and keep watch for where you're working

too hard to meet your 6-fgure goal. It's easy once you get into a groove, but you

must frst give yourself permission to make the money you desire without

running yourself into the ground. It all comes down to mindset & structures!

*From this template, you should have a good idea of what you need to sell & how many - now

dive into Step #5!




Step #5: Make Your Offer!

This is the step that literally determines how much money your business makes

(or doesn't make) - making an offer. I cannot tell you how many programs I've

launched in less than 24 hours from an inspired idea.. (bigger programs took

longer), but my point here is that there is no point in waiting. Get clear about

what you can teach well, today, and launch it - pronto!

The program I'm launching is: ______________________________ (name/title)

and it's for ______________________________________________________

(market niche/ideal client) who desire _________________________________

(the solution/breakthrough), but struggle with overcoming/mastering _________

_____________________________________________ (the block/challenge).

If building a 6- or 7-fgure business was easy, you'd see a lot more than a mere 1% of

the population creating consistent $10K months (and up).
