Soundscape Responsibilities & Guarantees for your Matric Dance After Party:

Venue negotiations & hiring of your desired Club/Venue as well as arrangement of Security & Staff

Managing, coordinating & dealing with the respective venue management

Ticket printing & design for the after party

Optional: Venue Exclusivity i.e.: Only invitees from your grade & their friends will gain admission (Outsiders welcomed / Outsiders not welcomed – The choice is yours)

Guaranteed access for everyone

The Grade will select the music genre/policy for the night

In addition Soundscape will grant 10 tickets to the Matric grade for any forthcoming Soundscape / Fourth Dimension event prior to the after party date

learners from your school, all that will be required from the grade is the person’s name & date of their birthday and we will send you a list of available venues for that particular night (AT NO CHARGE)

How much does each ticket cost:

Soundscape will do everything above at no charge, the only cost to you is to pay the cover charge per person entering,

this cost will be determined by the venue that you select (as well as the artists) anything between R85 – R180 per person The duty of the grade rep or Matric Dance Committee is to ensure that ‘x’ amount of tickets gets sold to ensure a fantastic

night out

*Soundscape has exclusivity agreements with 95% of all venues/clubs in & across the Western Cape.

*Guaranteed Admission for all.
