Coin Street Community Builders is a social enterprise/not-for-profit organisation which owns a 13-acre site in the heart of South Bank and offers excellent venues and outdoor spaces for long and short term uses. Their contemporary conference venue has 10 purpose-built, sustainably-designed meetings and event spaces with floor to ceiling natural daylight and comprehensive audio-visual facilities, as well as a roof garden. Coin Street also has a variety of external and internal spaces for hire including gallery and exhibition spaces; river view event spaces within the iconic Oxo Tower Wharf; riverside parks and gardens; and Bargehouse, a 4-storey blank canvas warehouse.

IWM London, part of the Imperial War Museum, is located in zone 1 within walking distance of Westminster, the South Bank and easily accessible from central London and the City.
