Ingredients:200g lean ground beef
1 small onion,chopped1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste1 egg
lettucetomato slicesmustard
3 tbsp canola oil {for frying}
Directions:
y Combine ground beef, choppedonion, parmesan cheese, egg, salt
and pepper.y Mix well.Form into a patty.y Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry
each patty until golden brown.
y Serve with mustard, lettuce andtomato slices much like a hamburger
sandwich but without the bun.
INGREDIENTS of my version of the South Beach
Pizza:
skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated low fat mozzarella
1/2 medium white onion, sliced thiny
1/2 Bell Pepper sliced into strips
grated Parmesan cheese
Pizza sauce
Butterfly chicken breast at its thickest part inorder to make it all the same thickness.Bake it
until cooked.Place chicken in a tray.Spread pizza
sauce on top.Add parmesan cheese,onions,bell
pepper. Bake until cheese and toppings are
bubbly and golden brown.

INGREDIENTS:
200g sirloin,cut into strips
2 small head of broccoli
3/4 c water
1/2 beef cube
soy sauce
artificial sweetener
1/2 onion,diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp canola oil
Fry 3 cloves garlic,set aside.Saute onion and
garlic until onion is transparent.Add beef,stir fry
it for a few seconds then add water,beef
cubes,artificial sweetener and soy
sauce.Simmer until beef is tender then add
broccoli.Simmer until broccoli is cooked.Put
into serving bowl and garnish with fried garlic.
Ingredients:1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp water red bell pepper, chopped
tsp butter cup melted cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
y Steam brococli until cooked.y In a non-stick skillet, cook red bell
pepper in butter.y Add water and melted cheese.y season with salt and pepper.y Pour over perfectly steamed
broccoli.

4 pieces black olives, sliced thinlypizza sauce {tomato sauce, artificial
sweetener, dried basil}
Directions:
y Butterfly chicken breast at itsthickest part in order to make it all
the same thickness.y Grill in the oven until it's cookedy Place chicken in a baking trayy Spread pizza sauce on top of each
chicken.y Sprinkle with parmesan cheesey Add bell pepper slices, onion slices,
olive slices on top and Sprinkle withlow fat mozzarella cheese.
y Bake in the oven until bubbly.y Enjoy.
