Before
After
During 2010, Warner Christian
Academy received a CRA
Façade Improvement Grant in
the amount of $15,000 which
was leveraged with $84,000 of
their own funding. The grant
funds were used in part to
complete painting of their
campus buildings including the
main building fronting our US1
corridor in our redevelopment
district. This simple
improvement project has made
a dramatically positive impact
to this main commercial
corridor in our CRA.
