Key to term notation used in the Leadership Directory
NATA committee positions (if any) are listed to the immediate right of the name. SEATA committee positions and state representatives are listed to the right of those positions. The date shown after a member name indicates when that person's term expires. With rare exceptions, terms expire in June to correspond with NATA' Annual Meeting. After the date, the first number in parenthesis the current term being served.
(1/X/X) = serving first term (2/X/X) = serving second term (3/X/X) = serving third term (0/X/X) = a partial term where a member is filling the balance of an unexpired term
The second number indicates the length of the term.
(X/2/X) = a two year term The final letter in parenthesis indicates which term system is being used.
(O) = Old system: term started before June 2008 (X/X/O) Committee Chair = 4-year term, once renewable Committee Member = 3-year term, once renewable Liaison to outside organization = 3-year term, once renewable
(N) = New system: term started after June 2008 (X/X/N) Committee Chair = 2-year term, once renewable Committee Member = 1-year term, once renewable Liaison to outside organization = 2-year term, once renewable
