    AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THE EARTH SURFACE ETEVATION FROM THE MEANSEA LEVET AND RIVER WATER tEVEt INCTUDING ITS GEOGRAPHICCOORDINATES OF Att PHYSICAT INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE PROVINCE OFCAMARINES SUR AS A RESPONSE TO CLIMATE CHANGE, DISASTER RISKMANAGEMENT AND TOOI TO POTICY DECISIONS AND PROVIDING FUNDS FORTHE PURPOSEBE lT ORDAINED, by the Songguniong Ponlolowlgon of Comorines Sur, thoi:Seciion 1 - TlTtE. This ordinonce sholl be known os ELEVATION ORDINANCE.Section 2 - MANDATE. All Locol Governrhent Units in the province of Comorines Sur shollcorry out the need to oscertoin ond verify the oltitude, loiitude ond longitude of ollphysicol infrostructure in their respective territoriol jurisdiction.Seclion 3 - MANNER OF DETERMINING THE ALTITUDE AND ITS COORDINATES. The monnerof determining the eorth surfoce elevoiion from the meon sec level ond the river woterlevel sholl be by the use of Globol Positioning System (GPS).Seciion 4 - ESTABLISHING THE REFERENCE POINT.
